Dropped in the Rim 2 Rim for a quote and was greeted pleasantly and was given a quote on a few brands. Settled on a tire and he said he would have them in the next day. Made an appointment for 1 pm. I arrived early and the car was taken in right away. He said it would be 45 minutes. 30 minutes later he was giving me my keys back as the tire change and balancing was done! Great service and price. I will be spreading the word on this shop.

I went back there a second time to give them another chance, they left my oil filler cap of AGAIN. A SECOND TIME ! I called them about this and they make me feel like it's my problem. They employ only kids and you really need to watch out for these amateurs. My diesel turbo is whining now due to possible oil starvation due to the lack of oil pressure. UPDATE I have been in contact with 2 other people that also had this happen to them. One of the 2 had them forget the oil filler cap twice as well. UPDATE Now after offering to redo the oil change after I called then repeatedly and complaining to the Local Ford Dealership. They have successfully changed my oil and made sure to install my oil fill cap this time. My compliments on getting the job done right this time....
