Personally I enjoy the banter Aleshia has to offer but Emma is dedicated to providing all the information you need and is very knowledgeable. As for the techs, well they aren't paid to go above and beyond in the care for your car. They fix what's broken, change tires, and provide a very cool video accompanied report with diagnostics. Unfortunately they are rough on the cars... I had a few plastic coverings popped off the inside of my trunk (simply popped them back on), there was a giant hand print left on my windshield, and some grease like dirt smudges on the front interior beams of my dashboard. Also my exterior has some strange grease splatters all around the wheel well. Honestly, I care a lot about these details because to me it shows limited care for my car. Im sure the actual mechanical work was fantastic, I haven't had a problem with the work done but I wasn't pleased with my car's treatment. Everyone who came through seemed very happy with their results and the rest of my family has been happy. I would warn not to bring in any luxury European cars, I've heard of an incident involving an incorrect filter - bring your own parts if you're worried. And don't rely on this place to do major engine work - stick w tires and suspensions. I'd go back for basic oil changes and inspections but I'll always be wary of non-VW certified locations for my VW. Overall great customer service, the owner is extremely friendly and happy to squash any concerns, but don't expect a car spray or detailed cleanly care from the techs.

The last car we bought from Honda anytime we dropped it off. It would come out with a complete cleaning. I find that very respectful and great customer service. I don't usually leave ratings but I guess I am just that disappointed that I felt the need to.

I have a baby and a toddler and often drive on highways -- I do not feel safe in this vehicle. I paid for towing out of pocket, and if it weren't for the insurance I purchased, I would have been left with a broken car. I tried to work with the salesperson and management to undo the deal or replace the vehicle, but my messages went unanswered. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I lived…read morein Okotoks for 2 years before moving back to Calgary and them do work on my Fit previously (repair and paint) ad they did a good job, so I opted to go with them again. At this point, I lived in calgary and CSN was in Okotoks. This wasn't too much of a problem as they had a car rental right beside them so I got a rental as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. The owner is very pleasant and goes above and beyond for his clients. Insurance covered 100% of the damages on my vehicle and I barely had to do anything and everything was settled through CSN. It only took less than 2 weeks before I got my vehicle back and it looks amazing! Totally worth the drive! Definitely recommend CSN Collision - they seriously made one of the most horrible weeks of my life better!
