OK Auto Body is the best body shop in NY, hands down! I had recently purchased a Stinger GT2 and drove it back from Rhode Island to NJ only to get stuck behind a dump truck carrying small stone with no top, unfortunately my new car had gotten so many chips that it needed to be repaired and painted. I called Mike on Saturday, he set me up for Monday and then delivered it to my house on Wednesday. The car looks better now than it did when I got it off the lot. Mike constantly sent photos and video along with any text or call updates or just to show progress. The surface is perfect and the color match is identical. I've dealt with body shops before, none have ever come close the level of workmanship, professionalism and customer service that OK provides. If you're ever unfortunate enough to need body work done, Mike makes sure that it is as painless as possible. I will absolutely be using Mike for any future work I may need and you should too. read more

Hands down the best service experience I've ever had. After we hit a deer a week before our lease was up, I had no idea where to bring the car. I heard about OK Auto Body from a friend and I'm so thankful. I spoke to Mike who was always easy to reach and very reassuring and knowledgeable. He knew my insurance adjuster and they got my car fixed on time. He kept me updated and I never even needed to call him, he was always a step ahead letting me know what was going on. The best part though, is that Mike sent a truck to tow my car to his shop and he brought it back to my home when it was ready! Aaaaaand it was detailed completely, spotless and just like brand new! Thank you Mike, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

Hi this is DEANA C I have to be honest and say that I usually don't write reviews and post stuff like this but Mike at OK AUTO BODY on Staten Island was such a pleasure to deal with that I figured I'd hook him up with a little review. A friend of mine had used them before and said they did the right thing which is exactly how I feel after getting my truck back today. The truck looks absolutely brand new, you would never know work was done. My husband looked underneath for any signs the truck was fixed and found nothing. Amazingly- he was happy!! Awesome work and the best price I found- now that deserves a shoutout!! To Mike and all the people that worked on my truck --THANK YOU SO MUCH read more

OK Auto Body is terrific. Everything was perfect. Two friends who had used OK Auto Body highly recommended them. I do, too. There was extensive damage to the right rear from an accident. They promised the car would look just-out-of-the showroom and it did. That is not an exaggeration. Beautiful work. The charge was certainly reasonable and less than I expected. A real plus - they picked up the car at my home and, when it was done, returned it to my home. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. My phone calls and questions were answered promptly. These are good business people. As I said at the start. Everything was perfect. read more

I can't say enough great things about this auto body shop. Michael came to see my car on his day off and then they had someone pick my car up to bring to the shop. Rosalia would call to update me on what is going on and reached out to my insurance company to take care of everything. They went above and beyond to help and get things done. They really helped with the cost from my out of pocket. As for my brand new car, My husband and I were amazed at the wonderful job they did fixing the back and side .. it looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them. I cant thank them enough for all they have done. read more

Ok Autobody does excellent work and provides excellent customer service. When I brought my car in for repair the shop owner personally called the rental car company to come pick me up from his shop so I could easily transition into a rental while my car was being worked on. Then he personally delivered my car to me at my home, after perfectly fixing it AND getting it completely detailed and cleaned for me. Thank you again to all the guys at OK autobody! read more
