It's a bit small inside, but they also have seating outside, which is nice if you want more space to sit and hang out. When I looked at the menu, I did notice the prices were a bit high. The small matcha was already around $8, so my friend and I decided to get a large Lagoon Matcha for $9 to share, which felt like the better deal. The drink itself wasn't bad, but I was honestly expecting a lot more matcha flavor. It mostly tasted like coconut water, which was refreshing, but there just wasn't enough matcha or cream to really balance it out. The matcha cream top itself was actually pretty good from what I could taste, but I wish there was way more of it. Instead of that richer, deeper matcha flavor you'd expect, it tasted more like a sweet cream with just a hint of matcha. I feel like if the ratio leaned more toward the matcha cream, it would've made the drink way better. The menu also mentioned that the Lagoon Matcha comes with coconut bits, which I was actually looking forward to, but unfortunately I didn't get any in mine. I actually had to go back inside and ask for more matcha cream because I could barely taste any matcha at all, and they were really kind about it and gave me extra, which I appreciated. Overall, the drink felt a bit underwhelming and disappointing, especially for the price. I really liked the concept and wanted to enjoy it more, but I just wish the matcha flavor stood out a lot stronger.

Creamy, fluffy foam, coconutty flavor with a bit of caramel sweetness, dark chocolate espresso and alotta cinnamon flavor. Deliciously perfect for a Fall or Winter drink! Technically, it is more of a cocoa loaf, as it is not sweet nor is there chocolate in it. However, it had a lovely spongy, bouncy texture. Flavor-wise, it's nothing special especially with the long name and all. SUNSHINE MATCHA LATTE (Iced) Nekohama matcha. Latte was a bit sweet. But you can taste the Earl Grey and matcha. Got it with whole milk. It made it creamy, which was good. I did taste a hint of lemon in it as well. Honestly did not like that extra lemon flavor, as it distracted from the Earl Grey itself. I don't think the lemon was necessary. There was citrus flavor, but not tartness. I think citrus peel would have been better if they wanted an extra citrus flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad except the lemon flavor. Really threw me off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was nice. Recommended drinks were good. INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS A-PLENTY Ambiance had a retro feel, which was fun. Indoor was packed! No tables or seats available. Smaller tables for 2. Outdoor tables and seats were available. The location is in a strip mall right off the freeway (60 freeway) which is very convenient. They have a large variety of drinks like fruity ones as well as milkshakes. I ordered the Carmel Vanilla MT (Milk Tea). I was pleasantly surprised. The flavor was good. Sweet (I like sweet) with a strong tea flavor. I ordered a large (because I thought the cup looked cool). The price was reasonable and the overall experience was great. The decor is minimal but fun and clean. The service was immediate and friendly. I could not finish the large in one day but that's because I'm not a huge tea drinker. The tea was a little strong for me....so I had to separate it and add more milk to tame the flavor a little. But I water down my coffee also lol. Great overall experience. They have some other drinks I want to try so I definitely be back.

The sandwich, served on a rye swirl loaf, was delicious...the pastrami, spicy brown mustard, and Swiss cheese were perfectly balanced, though it was toasted a bit too long for my preference, resulting in a crunchy rather than soft texture. I skipped the cupcake this time to balance out the sweet latte. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, and there is indoor seating available. What a different in flavor. Starbucks is bitter, a little bit hash, and no after taste. Straight up bitter. Brazilian Santos was smooth and nutty with sweet after taste. I make espresso and notice getting lots of crema with Apache Coffee beans comparing to Starbucks. It's beautiful to see and it shows how fresh Apache Coffee beans are comparing to Starbucks'. Waiting for my next shipment which should be coming today. Trying out the Cowboy and the Hazelnuts next. I have to say this coffee is gourmet and worth every penny and more. But I think I'm drinking it for free though cuz all of the purchases with Apache Coffee are tax deductible as 501c3 donation.
