Service-wise, the baristas were personable and so fun. I wouldn't shut up about how cool the shop was, and they appreciated it and asked where we were from and what made us stop in their small town. We talked for a while, and I ended up ordering The Chocolate Frog under the Ravenclaw house. I got my drink fast and the barista told me to crack my cup when I was ready to drink it because of the crackling chocolate on the cup. When I was served my drink, they didn't put the lid on it because customers do it themselves in case they want to put anything extra inside. However, my husband and I both tried to put a lid on the drink and couldn't get it, so we had to ask one of the baristas to do it. She explained a trick she uses to easily get them on, and we were on our way. Seriously, such nice people working here! The latte was absolutely to die for. It was smooth, flavorful, and absolutely amazing, so it makes me very sad that I won't be able to have it again for a long time, if ever again. They need to open this place by me in Chicago or the suburbs!
