From the first phone call to check availability, I was met with professionalism and kindness by Julie. She got me in the books and 90 minutes later I was pulling in for my appointment. Julie set right to work with questions about my vehicle. What type of oil had I been using? Ummm...the brown one??? LOL No worries she would look it up and they would use manufacturer recommended. Additionally, she would have the tech run a check for any code alerts in the car. Now that everything is connected to on board electronics, this type of a check is standard, but I didn't know that and I should be aware if the manufacturer is flagging anything this way. In the end, no flags detected! This is a family run operation that's been in business for over 33 years. Julie was so great at getting my intake paperwork completed and into the queue. Hubs came with and we sat down in their comfortable waiting area. Another person was waiting, a young lady, pleasantly engaging with Julie btwn incoming phone calls. The young lady and her family have been coming to 60 Minute Tune for years and only trust them with their vehicles. In addition to that endorsement, we looked at pictures everywhere of - cue REM & Kate Pierson - happy, shiny people: customers (and their pets!) that are such an important part of 60 Minute Tune, they honor them on the walls of their business. While we waited, Julie made a point of getting to know us while fielding calls in a pleasant and familiar voice to customers calling for appointments or status of cars being worked on. Nosey Gladys Kravits that I am, I listened and appreciated how easily she spoke of what was being worked on, describing things like alternators and how they work, but not saying more than a mechanic had finalized on a particular job, so as to not misinform them. The oil change took less than and hour and was in line with the cost of previous oil changes. By the time the paperwork was completed, we had a plan of staying on top of the oil consumption of my Hyundai, which is known to have a habit of burning oil quickly, in order to get that situation rectified. I left feeling a weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I had a new auto shop to rely on. Thanks, Julie! You're a gem and a great representative of 60 Minute Tune. Cheers! "CC"

After explaining that the vehicle pulls to the left after a tire rotation was told to sit in their waiting area, and after a few minutes of waiting was walked through and given a very thorough explanation of the condition of my tires and what next steps could be taken. Would absolutely recommend Natalie after the care and consideration she took on keeping me updated on the vehicle. All while keeping up excellent customer service to other appointments, both in person and on the phone. I would suggest calling and scheduling an appointment ahead of time but other than that, it was a good overall experience.

And I just had another GREAT experience today with Natalie, Raquel and Rubio. My car started making weird noises last week, so my dad replaced my serpentine belt. But it was still making some weird sounds the day I got it back so I took it to Firestone. Natalie kept my car to try recreating the sound. She couldn't. She told me the sound I heard was my new belt just adjusting itself, and didn't charge me anything. This is why I trust them. They don't make stuff up. They're not money driven.
