Theres a small waiting room with a water dispenser if you're thirsty. I printed a coupon before going & saved $15 so check their website for discounts. There are no open floors to fall into, they lift the vehicles & walk underneath. For me it was a 10min drive each way at lunchtime & i got back to the office with almost 15min to spare If you have an Oil Changers nearby you might give them a visit to see if you like them. read more

With one car in front of me, I was done in about an hour. This included a $19.99 true brand oil system cleaner. The staff were very clear about pricing and overall were polite. This location has a small waiting room and a bathroom available, which is nice. This is the most convenient spot for an oil change! No appointment needed. It's sad to do this kind of review of our local oil changers, I have been a customer for 5 years and this time was probably my last time coming here. I took my truck for a routine oil change the person who was checking my truck (an African American guy) came and told me that my truck also needed another type of service (transmission oil ) I asked how much would be and said 180 dollars I trusted him and agreed to do it, but then my daughter told me that we didn't come to do that and that the technician was pushing it, I request another person Jose (super attentive and nice guy ) to please look into my record to see if that kind of service was done 3 months ago when my husband came to do a full service. Jose told him that of course, I didn't need that service, and I realized he was trying to scam me I was in shock, who were we taking and trusting our truck why did this person want to make us pay more does the owner knows this is happening or are they allow to do this tricks to people because we don't know, especially with women or Latino Comunity, they want to take advantage because they think we are not gonna say anything. Jose the other guy was very nice and welcoming since we walked in was the reason that I stayed and proceeded with the oil change even tho I was super mad with his co-worker Jose apologized for what the other guy tried to do but I could not let this happen again it this review could help someone else. Also, I checked in with Yelp, and the cashier the Lady that charged me didn't want to do the Yelp check in she ignored me when I asked for it. Don't offer Yelp check-in if is not true pls. read more

Sad to write this review. i have been using this location for 30 years, as it is convenient to my work. I had oil changed yesterday and they did not put quite enough new oil into the vehicle. I brought the vehicle back, and the technician neither looked at the dashboard warning nor measured the oil using dipstick It was suggested it was a bad PCV valve and suggested I got to O'Reilly for a diagnostic read-out. Luckily I am an engineer and added some additional oil. Cannot see why I would come back to this location again. read more

Would you change your oil if the last time was 4,000 miles ago? How about 3 years ago? My Honda Fit computer indicates 40% life expectancy left in the oil. Haven't had an oil change since 2018, when I purchased a 2017 Honda Fit, with 16,000 miles for $11,400. Nobody waiting in front of me on a Monday at 2pm. They go over the car with a 21 point inspection, drain the old oil, and replace the oil filter -you don't want to try doing this yourself, as the car has an engine cover on the bottom, and you can't see the oil filter without a mirror, mounted in very tight quarters, typical Honda style.   They have an indoor waiting area with 3 chairs inside. Didn't check to see if they had wifi connections or battery rechargers, as with the omicron variant out of control, nobody is waiting inside. No magazines. Could come in handy when waiting for your car in the rain. They put the car on the lifts, and change the oil when standing on the ground, compared to Jiffy Lube, where they have someone standing in a pit under the car. In 2014 the regular oil change was $39. Now, the $59 regular oil change turns into an $86 synthetic oil change, as service reps say Honda only recommends synthetic oil for the Fit. Service rep gives me a $10 loyalty discount, before I drive elsewhere. Add in a $32 cabin filter and $29 air filter plus two $17 and $21 Bosch windshield wipers to replace the 4-year-old original equipment, minus a $7 wiper discount. 20 minutes later, I'm $182 poorer after tax. Now, for $182 you would expect them to at least vacuum the driver floor of the car. read more

Must be my mistake for coming in with a coupon. They put in synthetic oil without asking me, which is almost double the price, and then they made a big deal about making an exception to honor the coupon which was for regular oil. They also tried to sell me on a filter that I didn't need replaced yet. But the worst part is the shaking. By the time I was at the next light the car was shaking. Turned it off and back on when I got home, still shaking and shuddering, which it wasn't doing before I brought my car in. I don't trust them to fix it so now I'll need to go in to a different place to correct their mistakes during a very simple and routine service. UPDATE: the next day the check engine light came on and the auto lsd light was blinking, so I ran the codes and saw something up with the mass air flow sensor. I also found that they charged me more than competitors in the area. I ended up looking under the hood myself. The hose was completely disconnected (pic below). I put it back and had to reset the battery myself. It's fine now. I didn't take it back since I no longer knew if I could trust the shop to conduct business honestly with me as a female. My oil change took 45 minutes. However, that is not what I am writing about. They changed my oil and within a day my red oil light came on in my car at idle. My car is old so I thought maybe it was something other than the oil change that caused the problem. After a few weeks I decided to chacke my oil. It turns out that they only put in 2.5 quarts instead of 5. Not good! read more
