Before having your vehicle serviced there be sure to look for any coupons out there because they don't do the courtesy of informing you. I called and told them the size, make, model, etc. Filled out the…read moreonline form and showed up promptly for my appointment. after an hour and 15 mins, the guy came into the waiting room and said he could not replace one tire- had to do them all because it is all wheel drive and he "must have missed that fact" I then got a "service report" stating 8 things they felt needed to be done from an air filter to brakes to wiper blades to tires. This car was at the dealer for regular maintenance/ inspection 2weeks ago and their report stated ONLY that the wiper blades COULD be replaced. After an hour and 15 mins I took the vehicle and drove directly to the dealership where they measured the tires, which differed from the "measurement" just done at Tires Unlimited, and ordered the correct single tire for installation tomorrow, at the same price I was initially quoted by Tires Unlimited. Very disappointed that I wasted my time on a sell job and zero service. Not going back to this place.

The wait was a little long but understandable as there were 4 cars already waiting in line when I pulled in (and 2 inside the bays). When it was my turn, the staff I interacted with were all positive, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, professional through and through. Great group of guys working quickly and efficiently, not worried about upselling, but instead were honest and helpful with their recommendations, & not pressuring in any way. I know a thing or two about cars & they weren't bullshitting me for more money; Their recommendations were in line with what I already knew my car needed. Knowing I don't have the time to take care of my car's needs myself anymore, and based on my current experience at this location, I will definitely be coming back to Grafton's Valvolene.

I've had my car there 3 times for service since they first opened their doors a few months ago. In…read moreeach case, I was totally satisfied with the quality of the work done. The first time, I had a coolant leak and the mechanic actually SHOWED me where it was leaking. Actually seeing the problem with my own eyes when the car was on the lift immediately made me feel that they can be trusted. They fixed that problem, did some other overdue maintenance work, and the car's been running much better now, zero problems. The only minor problem I had was that I asked for the parts to be returned to me, and they weren't. That really wasn't a big deal since my driveway isn't full of coolant spots any more. I thought the price for this repair was entirely fair. The second time was a problem that couldn't be duplicated when I was driving it while the tech was in the car with me. Ah well... They didn't charge me for that visit. The most recent visit was exceptional. I managed to get the end of a gas funnel stuck in the neck of my gas tank. This caused all kinds of problems when I'd fill up with gas at Kwik Trip. I tried to fish it out myself, but couldn't. I brought it to the dealership, and they told me they couldn't see it or get it out after allegedly scoping it out. The dealership charged me for that visit. I know they have bills to pay, so I was OK with that. On a whim, I brought it to the new Meineke (formerly Pope Autoworx). I told them what happened and that I wanted them to try to get it out, but I'd pay for an hour of time, no matter what. I told them that I wanted to save the part so I could see it. Well... THEY GOT IT OUT!!!!! The dedication, time and effort that they showed me in actually FIXING this problem impressed the hell out of me. I do my own oil changes and brake jobs, but for nearly everything else, this Meineke garage will be my first call.

I took it over, and they were very busy, but Aleks got my car in quickly, checked it out, gave it a test drive, and said everything was fine, and not to worry. I pulled out my card to pay, and he said, that's ok. I have done business there before, and I am always treated extremely well. They are very honest, trustworthy, and do amazing work. I highly recommend Midas in Grafton for all issues with your car, you won't be disappointed, Every single employee is fantastic!!!!

Jim Glaser would turn in his grave if he knew just how far down his franchise has gone, as would Crysta and Chris who took over the business after Jim passed. I have been a loyal customer of Midas Grafton for nearly ten years since moving to Grafton and have wrote several glowing Google reviews. Midas Grafton was a wonderful community focused business, honest as the day is long and never made a mistake without taking ownership. Grafton Midas now, having fired all of the long term staff that have been there the whole time that I've been a patron now employ the absolute worst of the worst scumbags that I've ever encountered at any dealership or automotive maintenance place. The place is now strewn with maintenance-unfinished cars that block even the one way exit- you have to exit through the one-way entrance because of all the half finished cars. The staff are pathetic, rude, argumentative, remedial, provoking and seemingly untrained, and have no clue how to service customers and are utterly incapable of completing the most minor of car maintenance - an oil change. I am utterly disgusted (and that's being polite) at what Midas Grafton has become. This business is now a metastasized cancer on the good town of Grafton. An utter disgrace of a business.
