Shawn did a great job! The service has been fast and courteous all three times I've patronized this location.

I never knew that getting an oil change could be so entertaining. I drive from SF to Berkeley just for this service.

These guys are great! No pressure, good advice and thorough. Will definitely be back.

I went this morning and the two guys who changed my oil and performed other jobs on my car were very friendly, professional and quick. I'll definitely be going back. If they keep up the good work in the future, I'll change my review to five stars. read more

I am new to the Berkeley area and I looked on Yelp and saw this business with a high rating and choose to check it out. As soon as I pulled in the staff was very professional, prompt. Highly recommend read more

It was my first time here and it was super easy. Shawn and Daniel were really nice and explained everything to me. They did way more for my car than other places I've been too. Very efficient, fast, and friendly. Price is about the same as everywhere else, so if you're looking for a fast oil change and great customer service check this place out! read more

The friendliest crew. Have been to a few different Oil Changer locations and this one is definitely my favorite place to go. Alton is amazing! read more

Pretty standard oil change at a decent price. Quick and friendly. Although for some reason I can't really put my finger on, I prefer the other drive-through oil change place a few blocks south on San Pablo (Pro-Lube Oil Change). The attendant at this place tried to sell me a new oil filter, but my car was JUST looked over by my mechanic and he didn't mention it needing one - so I maybe I didn't like the attempt to up-sell. read more

I had the best experience ever getting my oil changed here. Shawn and Alton have the best customer service. From the full service oil change to advice about my car, I felt well taken care of. I shared with them how I had the worst experience at one of their other locations (West Grand- Oakland) and how I never went back to that location again. That location mentioned above has the worst customer service ever. I digressed, but Al and Shawn were the best and they were all smiles too. I will be coming back to this location just because of them and their fabulous service. I have no complaints and I am very happy. read more

This place makes getting an oil change painless. Always have to wait at least 1-2 hours to get an oil change at the dealership, but this place gets it done in 10 minutes at most. Great customer service from Shawn. Just overall friendly and efficient! read more

First time here and will definitely be back. Great customer service. Topped all fluids and checked tire pressure along with the oil change. Note: although their goal is to get people in and out quickly they take the time to answer questions and don't through explanations. read more

Love this place! As a female I will definitely admit that I can be pretty weary about getting any auto service done. I don't know that much about cars so I always second-guess any recommendation made when I go to any auto shop. After searching around different oil service businesses I did see the good reviews for this place but I won't lie that I was skeptical. I've been here now a couple times (3 to be exact) And I will definitely say that this is my official business to get my car serviced. They're quick, have competitive prices, and surprisingly personable even though you only have to interact with them for about 10 to 15 minutes. read more

Very pro. You stay in your car the whole time which at first seemed weird but is actually nicer than being in some dingy waiting room. Like all oil change spots they do try to upsell you other stuff you probably don't need, but it's not egregious which I appreciate. Yelp discount for checking in! read more

Went in for an oil change for my Volkswagen today, and was very pleased with my experience. You don't even have to get out of the car! Very friendly customer service; fast and knowledgable. They even take the time to wash your windows, check your fluids and all of the vehicles lights (headlights, high beams, blinkers, etc). Be sure to use the coupon available online for $5 off. I'll definitely be back! read more

These guys were great! Super friendly, quick, and took the time to let me know what was happening with my car (oil was really dirty/sludgy, did I want a flush? there is a leak, do you have a mechanic, here's what we see, etc). I will totally come here again. read more

Quick and fast job. Took less than 10 minutes for an oil change. They also fill your tires up for you while you're waiting.

These guys are great! We went in for an oil change on 9/14 and everyone working was super efficient, knowledgeable and no nonsense. They will remain our go to. Thanks guys read more

Good experience with two recent oil changes recently. At the second oil change, they recommended replacing the cabin air filter (which I knew was due). The pricing was competitive to a parts store - rare for a shop - so I said go ahead. Seems like a good, reliable service option. read more

Went above and beyond extremely helpful and under promised also overperformed, Spectacular assistants Alton & Rasheed. They helped & assisted me every way possible. read more

Best Customer Service. Personable Crew, and very knowledgable. I will recommend to others and come back again.

I have never been as impressed by an oil change business as I was by the friendly, focused crew at Oil Changers. I really don't think I'll ever have my oil changed, and all of the other things they checked, anywhere else. read more

Great dudes, good service. The environment here is professional and cool at the same time. You get in and out quickly. I had a great experience read more

Great place. Fast, good costumer service, and open early so I can get my oil changed on the way to work. My only grievance is the "Full Service" Oil change says it comes with all theses inspections and window washing (http://oilchangerinc.com/full-service-oil-change/) I have never once received about 1/2 of the things it supposedly includes. Not even asked if I wanted them. read more

Even though it was almost closing time when I came in, and my car died twice, and it was hard to pop my hood thanks to a broken lever, these guys got me in and out of there quickly and they went the extra mile to take care of me. If that's not customer service, I don't know what it. I'll definitely be back. read more

The guys are quick, they are efficient they work as a team and they all have a smile on while they work. Didn't have to leave the car or try to fend off three tiers of up selling like some other places. They balanced my tires filled up my fluids and gave me $5 off. In and out easy peezy. read more

Great service by Rikki & Alton. They were nice & knowledgeable. They deserve 10 stars if I could

stopped by last minute when we had some time to kill and decided the Miata was overdue for an oil change. they had an open bay, we drove right in, got the oul changed and were out of there in 15 minutes. awesome service, super friendly, they topped off our washer fluid and tire pressure as well. thank you! read more

Good employees and quick service. Also open on weekends. They nicely try to sell you filter changes, etc., but haven't been to an oil change place that doesn't. If you say no they're very nice about it. read more

I really like this place! Although I didn't pay for any service, the faculty gave me good advice for my BMW transmission problem. I will come for a service in the next time. read more

I'm a regular at the San Pablo ave. OC and I have had a good experience every time I visit this branch. Everyone seems to understand what their job entails, I don't feel that I'm being ripped off though it appears that they do push for upgrades and most likely are coerced into doing it by the company. I guess that's how the increase sales right? My car(s) always are taken care of and I know what upgrades to get and they seem to be very nice folks. read more

These guys were great! Super friendly with no wait. Helped me figure how to open the hood. I know, really. Also told me that I didn't need an oil change yet and topped off my oil and inflated my tires at no charge. Appreciate the service and would recommend them. read more

The quickest, most thorough oil change I've ever had! People always complain about VWs and how their oil is hard to change, but these guys did it with ease. They also checked my tires, my lights, and washed my windows. All while I hung out in my car. This review is long overdue so I don't remember who did my oil change, but both guys who worked on my car were great. Will definitely be back! read more

These guys are the best. There's never any hard sell, they have great senses of humor, and they're personable. They get the job done promptly, while also going above and beyond! Thanks guys! read more

As usual a quick efficient job. I have gone here for 13 years and always friendly and excellent service.

Usually have oil changed when I have my 2014 Fiat serviced at dealership ( I know, I know!) but went to Oil Changers today. Job was done in 15 minutes while I sat in my car. They checked and knew to put in synthetic oil ( I hadn't known). Roberto, explained each step and the cost. He checked my turn signals, and cleaned my very dirty windshield as part of the oil change service. He was polite and efficient. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommend. If all technicians are as good as Roberto, I hope Oil Changes management is paying them all well. They deserve it. read more

Quick and efficient! They will let you know if there are any areas of concern which I really appreciate.

I usually go to the oil changers on West grand but I decided to go to this oil changers because I was in the neighborhood. I was happy I did because they had great service. They changed my oil really quickly. I highly recommend this place. read more

The guys at Oil Changers did an excellent job changing the oil and fluids in our aging Jetta and were very patient with me when my credit card fell down between the seats and appeared to be lost at some point. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality of car care and customer service. read more

I have never been this impressed with the oil change in my life. Shawn was awesome and made sure my car was ready to roll! Very impressed.

Came in to have my oil checked and the reason why I come here was reaffirmed. First off, I see the manager of the store (Shawn) who returned back to the Berkeley store from managing the store in Richmond. This man is a professional through and through. Really takes care of his customers. The crew at this store follow suit of their managers professionalism. Great team... great chemistry... great leadership. You guys are awesome. Rashid and Lyman... thanks fellas! read more
