Ricky and Marco saved my rear end! I had to get the oil changed for a client and jiffy lube shut down before the time specified on the internet(they hadn't had a car for three hours so management makes them shut down early on account of wanting to save money! Aka they don't want to pay people to sit on the clock.) Oil changers still had customers when I called and they said I could squeeze in. I was only 4 blocks away so I made it by 7:03. Apparently everyone closes at 7pm in the oil changing business of Alameda county. Anyways! I was done in 15 minutes, signed onto yelp, got $5 off, drove out of there paying $36.84! I can't remember the last time I paid that little. These guys are profesional, affordable, courteous and definitely went out of their way for me. read more

This place was very efficient. You just drive up, and you don't even have to get out of the car while they change your oil. They also seemed like honest people telling me what I needed and what I didn't need. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me a lot of extra. Good experience. read more

Do NOT have the mechanic Chris work on your car. If they assign him to you ask for someone else. I just left there and he had spilled power steering fluid all over the inside of my engine! They were doing a flush and it I guess was supposed to be on vacuum? It made a huge mess!!!! He's an idiot! And he was flushing the fuel system and didn't realize the canister was empty, someone named Nguyen had to come help him do everything! He's useless! Other than that, the other guy was nice. I was running late to work on a Saturday, but I was in need of an oil change. I had about 15 minutes to get an oil change and I knew these guys were fast. After pulling into the bay I mentioned to them that I didn't have much time, but really needed an oil change. The guy said he would take care of it. 8 minutes later I was pulling out of the bay and I ended up making it to work early. But what was most surprising was that they also were able to clean my windows, fill my coolant, fill my washer fluid, and do an overall inspection. They are a solid team with exceptional customer service and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Love this place! As a female I will definitely admit that I can be pretty weary about getting any auto service done. I don't know that much about cars so I always second-guess any recommendation made when I go to any auto shop. After searching around different oil service businesses I did see the good reviews for this place but I won't lie that I was skeptical. I've been here now a couple times (3 to be exact) And I will definitely say that this is my official business to get my car serviced. They're quick, have competitive prices, and surprisingly personable even though you only have to interact with them for about 10 to 15 minutes. read more

I've been coming here for some time now. This morning was probably my 6th oil change and 2nd car they've worked on. But this time, I realized how thorough these guys are. They top off all of your fluids - even the transmission oil, if necessary - check the filters, tire pressure, lights, etc and they're friendly AND quick. Another Yelp reviewer said they're prices are slightly higher than other places. I disagree. I've called at least 8 other places in the Berkeley area to ask about the prices of a synthetic oil change. This place is the cheapest By FAR! I can't vouch for the prices of their other services, since I haven't bothered to shop around and compare the prices for those things. read more

Quick and fast job. Took less than 10 minutes for an oil change. They also fill your tires up for you while you're waiting.

I just had the best experience at this Oil Changers. My oil light had come on, when it was way to soon so I drove there quite flustered. The guys really went the extra mile for me. They were friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. Shawn, the assistant manager, is a total asset to this shop. I didn't expect this level of service from a chain. Good experience with two recent oil changes recently. At the second oil change, they recommended replacing the cabin air filter (which I knew was due). The pricing was competitive to a parts store - rare for a shop - so I said go ahead. Seems like a good, reliable service option. read more

I went on a Saturday in the middle of the day and just drove right on in. But if I had to wait I would. The guys there are friendly and efficient. They were $2 more than Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They spent time teaching me about the different fluids and when to change them. I am used to my father working on all the cars, but since he no longer can it is nice to have a reliable place that won't rip me off! The personal friendly service is rare these days. I went on a Sunday so there was a long line, I think they're the only oil change place around that's open 7 days a week. The three guys there were working hard to get cars done ASAP because they knew people were waiting. The supervisor was good at handling customers, a very entitled middle-aged white woman in a fancy car tried to jump the line; he told her that she had to wait just like everyone else. They didn't try and sell me things that I didn't need, they even told me that my fluids looked fresh and I could wait another round on my air filter. Oil change was speedy, no waiting. The guys working were all professional and friendly.

I do roadside service and my engine was almost out of oil because I have a gasket leak. I will get the leak repaired when I get paid but I didn't want to lose my whole vehicle for lack of funds. These guys squared me away and were kind and professional. I had 5 bucks and they kept my engine from blowing up for a few days until payday with a quart. These guys are the best! read more

I agree with another reviewer who says she actually *enjoys* getting her oil changed here. The guys are all friendly and honest, which indicates a really well-managed shop and well taken care of employees. The shop is open an hour later than my old quick lube joint, and they also clean your windows and check your lights, so two small but big plusses over the other guys. They do mention up-sell jobs, but are not pushy and seem to be honest in what is needed. They'll usually throw in some small discounts to make bigger services more palatable. read more

I came in after trading cars with mom...it was long overdue for an oil change. I knew I needed the air filter done (this is common with oil changes and cheap and has an effect on your gas mileage so don't decline if they offer!) as well too. Since I wasn't going to have time to take the car to a regular mechanic and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to destroy the engine until I can get to one. Yes, the guy did offer more and more services on top of the oil change, and I paid around $180. But, I knew that it was likely the car did need to be flushed, especially considering how dirty the oil was. The guy was friendly, and I'm happy with the service. read more

The quickest, most thorough oil change I've ever had! People always complain about VWs and how their oil is hard to change, but these guys did it with ease. They also checked my tires, my lights, and washed my windows. All while I hung out in my car.
