Excellent service. The employees were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was impressed with the quick In and Out service. I am hard of hearing and I had to ask them to repeat things several times. They were very patient and respectful with reguards to that. The shop seemed clean and well maintained. Will definitely return to get my oil changed there again! read more

I waited for 45 minutes and eventually had to leave. After 30 minutes someone said it would be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I was told 3 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

It is my Second time getting my back oil change here. The guys here are great and the service was fast. We were in and out in about 10 minutes, and we don't have to leave the car. They even told me what my car would need serviced the next time so there will be no surprises. read more

Really great service. Im new ti the area and i found this place on yelp. I went in and they got it done ariund 15 mins. I will definitely recommend this place for future clients! read more

Shady business!!! I decided to try this place because I was in the area and my sister has gone there before. The only plus is the speed of the service. When I pulled up, I was quoted $76 after the yelp coupon which is only $1 more than what I pay at the shop for synthetic oil changes with OEM filters. After they finished, they said the total was $95 because my car required an additional quart. Had they quoted that from the start, I would not have gotten my oil changed there. The right thing to do would be to honor the quoted price but all they did was apply an additional $5 off. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

Dante & Josh were friendly and patient. They answered my questions and checked my engine light when they saw that it was on. They went above and beyond and didn't ask for anything in return. Oil change prices were fair. Thanks guys. read more

I got $5 off of my oil, I paid around $40. The guys that worked on my car were very helpful and nice!! Thank you guys :)

These guys take care of everything. The price is right. They offered me a special buy 3 get the 4th free for 124.99. You can't really beat a deal like that. They are friendly and happy. And on top of everything else the work really quickly. There isn't a long wait like at other places. I'll be coming back obviously. :) read more

Convenient location, great service and a good price. Jordan and Anthony were great. In addition to the pill change they checked all filters, topped up fluids, and washed the windows. read more

Third time I bring my car to Oil Changers. I appreciate how they check my tire pressure, clean windows and quote me before performing the service. Respectful and personable staff. Definitely will keep brining my car here. read more

Great service in and out!! Knowledgeable wasn't pushing hella extra services!! Love it my new spot car riding extra smooth

Darrick and Gio helped me with my oil and transmission today! Friendly people and fast service. They showed me a huge gash that was in my tire too, thank God! read more

I went on a Saturday in the middle of the day and just drove right on in. But if I had to wait I would. The guys there are friendly and efficient. They were $2 more than Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They spent time teaching me about the different fluids and when to change them. I am used to my father working on all the cars, but since he no longer can it is nice to have a reliable place that won't rip me off! The personal friendly service is rare these days. Thanks you guys! read more

Very very thorough and customer service oriented! Checked all fluids, all brake lights and blinkers, air and oil filter, etc. in and out in 30. I will definitely be back! read more

I went on a Sunday so there was a long line, I think they're the only oil change place around that's open 7 days a week. The three guys there were working hard to get cars done ASAP because they knew people were waiting. The supervisor was good at handling customers, a very entitled middle-aged white woman in a fancy car tried to jump the line; he told her that she had to wait just like everyone else. They didn't try and sell me things that I didn't need, they even told me that my fluids looked fresh and I could wait another round on my air filter. Very professional place, no swindlers, will return again in future. read more

Fantastic service and very informative on options available for my oil guzzling Jetta. My "go to" spot for full service oil changes!

Oil change was speedy, no waiting. The guys working were all professional and friendly.

I do roadside service and my engine was almost out of oil because I have a gasket leak. I will get the leak repaired when I get paid but I didn't want to lose my whole vehicle for lack of funds. These guys squared me away and were kind and professional. I had 5 bucks and they kept my engine from blowing up for a few days until payday with a quart. These guys are the best! read more

These guys were great! Speedy, thorough, professional. I appreciated the fast service, clear explanations, and friendly crew. Definitely will be back. :) read more

I agree with another reviewer who says she actually *enjoys* getting her oil changed here. The guys are all friendly and honest, which indicates a really well-managed shop and well taken care of employees. The shop is open an hour later than my old quick lube joint, and they also clean your windows and check your lights, so two small but big plusses over the other guys. They do mention up-sell jobs, but are not pushy and seem to be honest in what is needed. They'll usually throw in some small discounts to make bigger services more palatable. read more

I came in after trading cars with mom...it was long overdue for an oil change. I knew I needed the air filter done (this is common with oil changes and cheap and has an effect on your gas mileage so don't decline if they offer!) as well too. Since I wasn't going to have time to take the car to a regular mechanic and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to destroy the engine until I can get to one. Yes, the guy did offer more and more services on top of the oil change, and I paid around $180. But, I knew that it was likely the car did need to be flushed, especially considering how dirty the oil was. The guy was friendly, and I'm happy with the service. read more

This place is very professional their all to the point very fast efficient love these guys I wouldn't cheat on them with no one else

Rolled in here on a mid-week afternoon. No line. The guys there were very friendly and took car of everything thoroughly and timely. The only service I got was an oil change but they checked the coolant and wiped down the windows as well. All for $40. read more

The manger of Oil Changers got in touch we me after explaining the problems I encountered- since then the transmission additive was added and I was told to come by for a check Thursday. Very satisfied with how my customer complaint was addressed. read more

Very friendly staff, they complimentarily checked my tire pressure for me before a long trip. Thank you

This place is awesome. This is exactly how I would want a tune up shop to be. You don't have to get out of the car, these guys know their stuff, keep all your car information on file, keep track of your service, give great service, fast, polite, affordable, done and done. Highly recommended. read more

Oil changers makes automotive maintenance easy. After years spent among a sea of choices I am happy to make this my go-to spot for regular service. The extras may not be essential, but having the car looked over and maintenance records kept is an invaluable benefit. read more

Fast, efficient, no attempts of persuading you to add on a bunch of crap- what's not to like. My go to place from now on for oil changes.

Excellent esprit de corps. Professional, expedient, and honest. I'll go back for sure.

Very nice guys working here. I will be back. They were thorough & quick. I am very happy with my oil change. They weren't the cheapest (thus the 4 star rating), but they were open on a Sunday afternoon, which I can't say for most other places. read more

First time here, got great fast service and honest advice. Would definitely come back.

Just got my oil changed here! Devante and Jimmy were like above and beyond delightful. This is only my second review ever, I never do these...but this experience kind of just made my day. They were also really helpful...even giving me some amazing tips about my trip to Monterrey tomorrow...that they asked all about. Anyways they were great and a great team. read more

My go-to spot for oil changes. Always fast, friendly, comprehensive check of the entire car. Had Dion service my car today and he really went out of his way to explain different options and make sure everything that needed attention got taken care of. After spending a week to find the right price and the time for an oil change, I thought I had to settle for Oil Changers. Turns out I didn't need an oil change yet. They were courteous over the phone, in good spirits when I got there, and kept it honest. Love it. Especially after the attitude I got from the Berkeley Midas, twice and jiffy lube :P read more

Get your oil changed here. Slightly cheaper then where I usually go. Fast friendly service. No pressure to get more then the oil change itself and the guys were professional and efficient. read more

These guys are awesome! Best place in town. Service with a smile! And they cleaned my windows!

Fast friendly and simple. One of the best oil changing experiences. They even checked my lights.

Fast. Fast fast fast. Affordable! I am *so* cheap, but I *gasp* Added On Services Recommended. Thorough: the checklist system is fantastic. Easy! Pull in, drive-through-car-wash-style, and relinquish control. I went in today because my 7 year old Saturn was making that slight watch-wind ticking sound that indicates low/low-quality lubrication. That's a BAD sound, folks. Also on twisty curves the oil light was flickering on. OOPS! I got a full service oil change which basically meant sit-back and neaten the car's interior as the pros handled everything, for $36. They start the oil change with a siphon and while that's going on they touch, test and taste the other fluids in the engine. I got a free top-off on wiper fluid (prior "fill" had been me pouring in my gym bottle of water). I got a smear sheet that showed (and this was no news) that my power steering fluid was a shade painters call burnt umber. Not good. With everything going so smoothly, I opted for a $55 flush and change.. hey, the last time *I* tried to put power steering fluid in a car, I was also topping off the brake fluid and ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. As the closing act they call out the closings and tightenings and fittings so that you know they've checked everything that was taken apart and you KNOW it has been put back together. They also run a lights & blinkers check. Totally awesome. There are occasional coupons; I found a $7 off in the popular Entertainment Book. Worth it. Totally and completely worth it. Especially in Berkeley - all the caustic nasty bad stuff that needs changing in a vehicle, knowing that these guys are under some pretty rigorous disposal guidelines is a good thing. read more
