It was very refreshing (1 part olive oil : 1 part vinegar) over spring greens and veggies. I use the oils to marinate fish. The vendor's representative at the Block is knowledgeable and obviously likes to cook. She shares different uses with every interaction. With the pandemic, I was forced to expand my cooking skills. It is aged for 20+ years in barrels and has that thick syrupy texture that good aged balsamic has. I got a small bottle that I will use sparingly on my caprese salads. I also have the truffle olive oil and truffle salt products of theirs at home. It was fun to look through all the seasonings they had that you could add the olive oil to for an easy dipping sauce. They had dried pastas and other specialty food items. The store is located right on the main street of Beaver.

Our server seemed annoyed with us too (maybe because we offered to order everything all at once in order to streamline things because we were told they needed the table) but was perfectly adequate at performing their job. It was a very strange and unwelcoming experience, and I would definitely recommend visiting one of their other locations instead.
