Instead, I was told that I could choose another company if I did not like the price. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions when there is a substantial price difference. I understand that every company prices their work differently and that quality work has value. However, transparency and professionalism are also important parts of customer service. Providing a clear explanation of labor, equipment, disposal, and other costs would have helped me make an informed decision. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward because I was not comfortable with the lack of clarity surrounding the quote.
