Didn't make an appointment beforehand because honestly, I wasn't sure how long it would take me to get there or what shape I would be in or if I'd have to have my wife drive me. Made it, walked in, and was immediately put off. They make you check in standing up at a kiosk. They make sick people stand up and go through a bunch of screens on a kiosk. I am already in their system, and still their information was not up-to-date. And then when I went to search for my doctor, he was not in the system, even though he is indeed in the system. And, the wait for a walk-in was 2 to 3 hours out. Look, staff were great: the one person, who showed up partway in and realized I was frustrated with the screen. Nobody else in the kiosk lobby. I called my doctor, who was out that day but they were able to schedule me at another urgent care sooner than I would've gotten in at this place. I'm pretty happy with OhioHealth in general. I am not happy with this location.

Went to the urgent care to see if this is a pinched nerve/slipped disce Of course before coming I was literally screaming in pain, so loud that the dogs became concerned and flanked me. Once at the urgent care all my muscels loosened up. I can see how they may not have understood my pain was past a ten five minutes before I checked in. Parking was easy. Big lot. Not a lot of people here Saturday evening. I got checked in. Waited maybe three minutes. Was taken to an exam room. Jerico took my vitals. Was pleasant but could noticeably tell he hated chit chat. Lol He excused himself and the wait for a provider began. While waiting I noticed this room smells weird. Gross weird. I dont even want to think about what it is but it smells like the trash needs emptied and the trash smells for lack of a more descriptive word. yucky. I think that conveys it. Kind of smells like a mixture of puke and disinfectant. Ew. See. Yuck. Doctor Haynes come is. Was relieved it wasn't another NP. Especially due to it being an upper back/neck injury. Thats mg big beef with this place the NPs. I explain some of my medical history. Explain the injury. She does an exam concluding its soft tissue causing the pain. And doesn't need an x-ray. I agree it doesn't need xrayed, but was wondering why she didnt lean to mri. Never did she mention it. Still holding fast to its an pulled muscle. I am 100000000000% sure it is more than that. So I ask for a referral to the spine clinic. She gives it to me I was sent home with lidocaine and muscle relaxer. I agree, those I needed. The entire visit took less than 30 from the time I sat down in the waiting room. The only thing I was surprised by there was no follow up call. Usually when you go to an ER in urgent care, especially with a neck injury staff follows up the next day That was not the case here no follow up was received.

Had what I considered to be a fairly good urgent care experience here this week when I had to take…read moremy daughter in for care. I felt like she received pretty good care from the nurse and nurse practitioner that we saw. We didn't have to wait too long, and they were quickly able to rule out a couple of things. They ended up calling in a prescription for an antibiotic for us, which is really what I believed was all we needed before we went in there. One thing did seem a little odd to me, however. Even though a nurse had told us "a doctor will be in to see you shortly," a doctor never did see my daughter - only a nurse practitioner came by. Based on a web search after the fact, I discovered that in Ohio, a doctor is apparently not required to actually work on site at a medical facility, just be in some kind of contract with and do annual reviews of a nurse practitioner. Or something like that. The nurse practitioner can write some prescriptions. So I'm left suspecting that there was not even a doctor on the premises that evening, which makes me wonder why the nurse said that one would come see my daughter. At any rate, I'll be interested to see our part of the bill when it comes, to see how their services are listed out. It crossed my mind that maybe this is the new way of trying to cut medical costs, but I have my suspicions that this was still a very pricey visit.

So as my ankle got worse a week later I went to an actual foot dr and I have had a tier 2 tear in a ligament and a fractured Fibula. On top of that I couldn't even get ahold of my x-rays. The waiting room is simple and clean. The patient rooms are clean as well. everyone is well informed for medical information for all patients young and elder on wall posters/signs and the television. He has been diagnosed and treated for everything from sinusitis, flue, sinus infection, Covid, fatty liver disease and a severe meniscus tear (which required surgery). Last week I took my husband there for severe lower abdomen pain and they immediately said he needed to go to a hospital and called an ambulance for him. They were taking him to Riverside, but Riverside had no availability, so he was being transported to Dublin Methodist. The front desk gal was so nice to call me and inform me of the location change. My husband ends up needing Emergency surgery! While he was still in recovery the doctor from Scioto Urgent Care called to see how he was doing and what the diagnosis was! You CAN"T get customer service like that from a large hospital and I highly recommend this location for any ailment you have -- They truly care and are excellent health care professionals who are exceptional in the field!!

They finally looked it up and then realized they were wrong. Imagine that! Told me the 3rd time that they wouldn't give me any more meds even though the condition is life threatening for me and they didn't give me enough to take care of the issue the first two times. Told me just to apply cream even though I said the cream doesn't work for me. They said, "yes it does." The arrogance to ignore your patients when no 2 people are the same. Playing with people's lives. The entire situation could have been avoided if they would have just listened to me the first time and given me a couple more days' worth. NP Ables had a kind caring attitude and asked questions that assured me she wanted to give quality care. She also answered my questions honestly. They made sure where I wanted my prescription to be sent twice. The whole visit lasted about 30 minutes. The pharmacy texted that my prescription was ready about 5 minutes after leaving the facility. The entire team I had on this visit were experts and I appreciate them very much.
