They agreed and said they would call us back to arrange. No call ever came and no email or call was ever responded to again. Months have gone by, and we have given up and called other company. Makes me sad. I would have kept using for sure. I have a large ongoing project and lots of things are going. just be super mindful and stay watching each piece they move (I had conf calls and could not supervise outside whole time) or call someplace else, they are not helpful or truthful when they make a mistake.
