During the call, she repeatedly asked for my name and basic information multiple times, even after I answered several times clearly. The conversation became very confusing, and instead of handling it professionally, she repeatedly said "oh my gosh," laughed during the call, and spoke to me in a rude tone. When she mentioned that my information was not on file, I explained that I was calling because I was a new patient. She responded by saying, "Well, you should've said that before." At that point, I expressed that I felt she was being rude and unprofessional and simply asked for the referral doctor's phone number instead. She then hung up on me. It's unfortunate that someone seeking medical help would be treated this way. Patients should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect, especially during their first interaction with a medical office. Hanging up on a patient and making them feel mocked or dismissed is unacceptable.

I took the medicine and recovered after I finished the medicine. Amy was very friendly and answered my questions on the doctors and clinic/office operations. 2nd visit was for my pain at the back of the ankle (achilles) for almost 3 months. Don walked in with a huge smile and very friendly and checked my foot and found a bump at the back of heel that needed x-ray to confirm. (when I saw my podiatrist twice in the last month, he didn't even notice it). only problem is the x-ray order form had a wrong address that I ended up driving around to find the correct location. I've decided to make an appointment with the MD in the house to see if I can change my PCP to this location for convenience. earliest appointment is 2 months away, hopefully this is bc MD is on travel, and not a typical trend for scheduling. but at least the PAs were knowledgeable and the staffs were very friendly. So happy I've found this place w/in 10min. from my house.

I recently moved to California. I choose TotalCare as my primary health care provider. My thought…read morewas... Everything and everyone in one place. Nice. I was satisfied until I needed to update my truck drivers license DOT status with a physical. (I have to say the Doctors and the personnel at the offices I have visited are lovely). BUT... I have had a horrible experience since then. After a week of calling TotalCare with no return calls I was told today that it is my responsibility to submit the paperwork to FMCSA and the state. Period. I may be suspended or even fired from my job if this is not straightened out. Every time I've had this physical in the past the provider has updated the DOT. I paid almost twice as much for TotalCare to give me a total run around after the physical. Will I get a refund. lol. They will say they did their part. Now I have to pay again for another physical and I'm almost out of time. If I loose my job or get suspended because of paperwork a chiropractors office can easily handle what does this say about trusting TotalCare as a primary health provider? TO BE CLEAR: I'm disgusted with the paperwork end of TotalCare not the Doctors and everyone else involved in the offices that actually took care of me. If calling in at the corporate level for answers to my questions and they can't or won't communicate with me for over a week I'm seriously questioning my choice of TotalCare as a primary provider. What if was something was crazy serious? My healthcare provider should make things better not worse. To summarize: I had a DOT physical. I went to the CA DMV twice (commercial & regular offices) after TotalCare said that's what I needed to do. I learned that the CA DMV does not update the US DOT. After a week with no updates from TotalCare some faceless individual basically told me today that I was on my own. As I am you may want to second guess choosing TotalCare as your primary healthcare provider. PS: I don't normally review anyone or anything. I came to the conclusion to do so only because a primary healthcare provider is way to important to not bring to attention TotalCare's corporate office or whoever handles the paperwork end for completely failing in this simple but extremely important part of my healthcare. Good luck with your healthcare choices!

Bizarre First off,…read morewebsite is deceiving as it says $320 for a consult and lab tests. Only after I paid for my consult and the additional tests did the receptionist tell me the little "2" at the end of the description leads to a footnote where the tests are separate. So my bill was almost $900 for a 35 minute consult and one saliva hormone kit and a blood test. Make sure you read EVERYTHING on the website. My primary concern was dismissed by the doctor in the first 5 min. He asked to see my skin and told me he has the same type of moles on his skin, his moles were bigger, and that they aren't connected to anything hormonal, which was my concern. This is when I should have left, since he either didn't take me seriously or didn't know how to help me with that and just couldn't admit it. Then he took my pulse and literally accused me of trying to slow down my pulse. "It was normal but then you tried to slow it down." Uhh.. what??? It made me feel belittled, again. I ended up paying for the consult and tests, went home and realized I was pretty unhappy and this wasn't going to work out. I called the next day asking for a refund and to discontinue my journey with the doctor. Came into the office, was processed the refund for the tests only. Receptionist then hands me a letter from the doctor. It was like a bad break-up letter, lol. He states that he gives the same level of care to all other patients. If that's really so, then take your money elsewhere, where you won't be dismissed for something seemingly benign. He is happy to take a pretty hefty fee of $320 and not want to make it right if you're dissatisfied. Everyone has a right to post reviews. His tried to make his letter to me intimidating, so I perhaps wouldn't be honest about my experience on the internet. Well, people have a right to know. On a happier note, the receptionist was nice and prompt. Save yourself some time and choose any other doctor he listed on his letter. Dr. Dzvonick has a HUGE ego.

After…read morea decade-plus slog through the labyrinth of Kaiser, where I was just another chart in a sea of bureaucracy, stumbling into his practice felt like discovering a tiny, unassuming bistro that somehow serves the best damn meal you've ever had. Dr. Majithia is young, sure, but don't let that fool you. The man's got the sharp, methodical mind of a seasoned diagnostician. The kind who actually listens, connects dots, and doesn't just throw pills at the wall to see what sticks. In a handful of visits, he pinpointed what Kaiser's assembly line had missed for years. No fanfare, no ego. Just quiet, relentless competence. His office? Cozy. Not the chrome-and-glass corporate monotony of the big chains, but a place where you're greeted by the two women who run the front desk like a well-oiled, welcoming machine. They remember your name, crack a joke to ease the wait, and actually cares whether you're comfortable. It's the kind of small-team efficiency that makes you realize most medical offices are run like DMVs by comparison. Yeah, the wait's a tad longer these days, but only because they're overhauling the system to actually keep track of you properly. And honestly? With those two handling the front lines, even the downtime feels less like purgatory and more like killing time at a friend's kitchen table. What seals the deal? Dr. Majithia treats you like a person. Not a symptom, not a co-pay, but a human being. Asks about your life, your job, your stress, the stuff that actually matters to your health. And his team? Same vibe. In a world where medicine feels increasingly like a vending machine, this whole crew is a handcrafted, slow-cooked antidote. If you're tired of being a number, walk in. Wait the extra ten minutes. Let them actually do their jobs. You'll leave wondering why in the world you didn't bail on corporate healthcare sooner. Final verdict: Michelin-star care in a fast-food world, with a front-of-house staff that actually puts the Care back in healthcare. (P.S. Verified his creds--board-certified in family med, trained at legit hospitals. No smoke, no mirrors. Just a damn good doctor and a team that backs him up.)
