OG Gardens was recommended by my property agent. This is my only time making a complaint to Thomas Bennet since we contracted his company for more than a year. I tried to tell him that the grass was left too long and weeds were not removed. His reply was the grass was cut according to industrial standard & weeds grow. He even called my comments "hostile". We paid OG Gardens $2,830 (not including tax) to come twice a week to mow the lawn, weed, prune and edge, from March to October. We have a lawn area of about 1200 sq ft. It is rental property and the garden has only the bare minimum. I was hoping Thomas Bennet would take my complaints seriously & reassure me that he would look into them. Instead he responded by telling me that they won't be coming anymore! His company has a signed contract and he doesn't even care to honour it. If this is the kind of company he is running, anyone thinking of hiring this company needs to be careful. He is a bully who only wants to be told how great he is! He likes my tenant, a kind lady who brought them treats & water each time they are there. My tenants also never complain even though they agree that these workers disappeared as quickly as they appeared and left the garden with weeds larger than any potted plants! read more
