Both melt in your mouth, and neither is super doughy, which is hard to find! This is an order-and-go place, so there is little to no seating if you are looking for that. My biggest frustration, though, is the inconsistency of the coffee. I'll order a Cookie Butter Latte one day and it's amazing, then order the exact same drink another day and it's incredibly bitter. When you're paying around $10 for a small drink, you expect it to be consistent. I really hate saying this because I used to recommend this place to everyone, but lately I'd rather make coffee at home, where I know it'll taste the same every time.
