I took his suggestion and also ordered tacos and a agua de cebada to drink. Food was delicious and Luis was spot on with the chorriada, easily the best item on the menu. Salsa is spicy and very good as well. Highly recommend this food truck.

We tried a lot here: tacos, tortas, toritos, and basically every meat option. I believe this is my very first time trying tacos from Sinaloa so I was excited. Our favorite meat option was the adoboda as it was the most flavorful, but it was a little dry. The carne asada and the tripas were lacking in flavor, but had a lot of potential. Unfortunately we would not try the tripas here again, it was a bit gamey and rubbery. The torito and the torta were what you would expect, enjoyable but nothing to write home about. As for the salsas, the red one that was roasted had the most flavor, but we also enjoyed the pico de gallo and the avocado they provided with the food. Our experience at the truck was great! The employees were kind and there were tables for dining there. It was easy to find the truck and the area was clean. I would recommend trying this place out if you want to try a different style of tacos!
