The front desk staff were all friendly, and Dr. Min was very knowledgeable and informative. He asked about our concerns and was very patient. My daughter was pretty scared initially, so I was really thankful he just sat and spoke to her and me initially. We will have to return again later for testing, but I am thankful the staff and Dr. Min made her first visit less scary, so it will be easier for me to get her to come back next time.

He also accepted my HIPAA authorization form as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule so this shows that he has good business ethics as well. As an FYI, the patient is not obligated to sign the entities' HIPAA forms in addition to providing their own in place of the entities forms. This doctor made sure to spend the necessary quality time with me for the consultation and to see what I need in relation to the allergy/immunology profession and how my preexisting condition influences this outcome. His staff was decent. So far so good. When needed, I will be going back to see this doctor again for sure!

From my first appointment, Dr. Khadavi was different. He listened carefully and took my symptoms seriously. He didn't jump to conclusions or dismiss me as others had. His approach was thoughtful and methodical, first ruling causes out, identifying the underlying issue, and then creating a treatment plan. And if one step didn't work, he had a Plan B ready. I really feel that he was genuinely invested in helping me get better. Dr. Khadavi's treatment plan almost completely resolved my stomach issues in less than six months. For the first time in years, I feel stable and able to live my life without constantly monitoring every bite of food or in fear of flare-ups. Marine Demirjian was not like that. She didn't want to dig into what kind of lab tests I did and didn't even knew it (this is an international lab test made in the well known allergy lab, test ALEX 2). She was also not interested in the root causes of my allergy. She even didn't do a physical exam or offer me skin tests. She sat like an idol in the distance and tried to finish the appointment as soon as possible. It was absolutely worthless, 500 hundred dollars for NOTHING. No help, no explanation. I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit and will never return to this clinic again. The only plus is that no one tried to cheat me out of money.
