When we came the office manager said they cancelled our appointment without letting us know because of our sentiment last time. My mother is a handicap so hard to prepare her for the appointment only to be told they cancelled us without prior notice. I'm filing a complain to the Medical Board of California for abuse/neglect of my 85 years old and handicap mother.

He took his time, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely at ease during what could have been a stressful visit. What stands out most is how warm and caring both Dr. Madanat and the entire staff are. Even though this was only our second visit, we already feel like we've known them forever. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and truly seems to love what they do. I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery.
