I arrived early to complete paperwork, and although the office was busy, the staff were very kind and the visit was efficient. From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return.

However, after getting Botox done by Dr. Khedia at a work event in the San Gabriel Valley area I said goodbye to my old Botox spot! Dr. Khedia is very patient, highly knowledgeable, & does not rush through his patient care. Which I definitely can't say for other practitioners. A huge benefit of coming to Dr. Khedia for your injectables is that he's not just a cosmetic doctor but he's also an internist so I feel he covers all bases of general well being too, making this much more safe. Lastly, during the actual injection procedure he's the only practitioner I know that uses "distractors" or facial massagers to alleviate any pain or tension while you're getting poked. Let me say...THIS MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! My daughter has been sick for over six months. I've paid for her to see the doctor to get medicine and the doctor has refused to give my Daughter medicine, claiming she has allergies. I told her the last time that I can't keep paying her not to get medicine. She said I can just call in and she will proscribe my daughter medicine. After my daughter getting sick again and again with a fever, I called the Doctor yesterday and the nurse said the Dr called in the medicine. I waiting for the pharmacy to call and found out this morning, on a Saturday, she never sent it in. I called the Dr and she stated she sent the allergy medicine to the pharmacy in our last visit, which we already picked up and have been using. At that point, the doctor told me I would have to pay for my daughter to see the Dr. again. I told her I can't keep paying her to not treat my daughter and got into an argument with her, because her solution was for me to get a different Doctor. Now, after six months, I'm in the ER with my daughter who has a fever, high blood pressure for the infection and ex rays to make sure this continued non treatment has not cause pneumonia. Then when we finally get in to see the doctor, he confirms the diagnoses we had received from Foothill Presbyterian two days before -- Croup. Then this friggin' guy goes on to tell me that we need to go back to the ER, because he "can't in good conscience send us home" because the baby "could stop breathing and he didn't want that on his hands." He said we needed an xray of his throat and chest immediately or he could die. SERIOUSLY? We go back to Foothill and they immediately start questioning what the hell this dude was talking about. What really stands out is how attentive everyone is, from the front desk to the clinical staff. I wish I remembered names because every single person I interacted with today deserves recognition. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, and even with an online check-in process, they still made everything feel personal. I was third in line and was quickly brought back for vitals. There was a medical assistant in training, and honestly, watching that interaction made me respect this place even more. You could tell she was nervous and learning, but she was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. The trainer took their time, corrected gently, and clearly cared about doing things the right way. I had an emergency C-section, and had the smoothest and most painless recovery, which left my mother and MIL speechless. The original plan was to plan for a natural vaginal delivery, but after 36 hours of labor and seeing my son in distress (and only worsening) on the heart monitor, we made the call to do an emergency C - section. Throughout the entire prenatal appointments and even when I was at the hospital, he was always on top of it. I have so many great things to say about Dr. Edward, and I am writing this review reluctantly because I know his practice is no longer receiving any new patients. This is so unfortunate because this office was truly a God send for my husband and I. He's professional, always available to answer questions, and I felt at ease with his explanations because I know he is always up to date on the latest medical technology and research. He's also just a nice warm person-- someone that makes you feel comfortable. Side Note: I went to high school with Eddie (Dr. Edward) and so I am also friends with his family, and they sweet & focused on family values.
