A restoration company came out and assisted with the remediation, however once it came time for repairs, the response was not great. That's when I decided to contact Carlos since he had previously helped us with a smaller job. Carlos immediately came out to the property and I filled him in on what happened and how I was hoping to fix the place up. Since the place was stripped down to the framing and open floors, we took the opportunity to upgrade the look of the bathrooms. All I can say is that Carlos and crew did a great job! Their work is clean and communication was great all throughout the process! Carlos and crew provided quality work at a fair price and I will definitely contact him for any other repairs or upgrades.

The original ceramic tile floors had been "refurbished" over the decades, but were worn and cracked, with missing and discolored grout, and really just not in line with my ranch house lifestyle decor dreams. The team did a great job removing the tile floors and installing the plank flooring. Jake made many excellent recommendations regarding the upgrades to not only the floors and baseboards, but also improving the door casings and interior millwork. Their attention to the details made all the difference! Jake and his crew were always prompt to address my questions and concerns, and I had more than a few! :) .
