If you need office supplies or are looking for a desk, you probably already know about Officemax. So what use could I use with this review? Well, they have index cards, as low as 99 cents for a pack. Probably a bit expensive for things like envelopes, cartridges. They have some decent desks, but I've had better luck online. I typically come here for printer paper and office supplies, like notebooks, etc. They have sheets of yellow post paper that I've had people in other countries ask for, so apparently that's valued somewhere! Service has always been fine -- so if you're looking for various office supplies, check this spot out! read more

This store is great for all of your copying and printing needs. I was surprised to find that when I went to send my information to store email for printing, the whole process had changed. I followed the email and changed course a bit but i figured it out. Upon my arrival to the store I was a bit confused because the self service counter had changed as well. In stead of using a self-serve computer kiosk everything is right on all-in-one printer/scanner/copy machine. The issue is that there was very little signage to help with direction. Initially I thought it was just me but I noticed 4 people walk right past the printer and ask for help. Then it seemed as if the people behind the counter were uber inconvenienced at having to come from behind the counter to provide any assistance. I realize they have other things to work on back there but then there should be someone on the floor that could help with customers. Some of the information I was copying was a bit sensitive and I hated the idea of packing it all up, losing my spot and going to look for someone with my credit card information stuck in an error cycle. After my printer froze and needed to be rebooted twice, I went to the next available printer and finished my job. It was little annoying but for $5 it was worth it. read more

This place is great for all kinds of office or school supplies. The prices aren't the cheapest, but they have lots of items the big department stores don't carry. There's also copying and shipping services (Fedex drop box too) where the staff are really friendly. The layout of the store could be better, but I just find it easier to ask a staff member where something is. Parking is always easy in the plaza parking lot. read more

Oh My God! I placed an order for physical delivery, which was supposed to show up several hours later between 7-8pm. Nothing. Midnight, checked again. Nothing. Saturday morning. Called the store. Got 3 different idiots. Literally, brain dead, like nobody home. They direct me to a 1-800 number. Non speaking English person. Refund for order, but not for delivery fee because the order says it was delivered even though it wasn't. Escalation to get my freight fee back. Desperately needed the order timely, thus why I paid the special delivery fee. Had to scramble to get stuff somewhere else when nobody had it in stock, to get legal documents out in time which were too large to send via computer. To say the least....complete ineptitude, 20 minutes on the phone, having to start over with someone else, entire schedule fried. Never again. read more

This Office Max / Office Depot store is very average. The store is not as spacious as my nearby location back in Massachusetts, and so dysfunctional. The layout of the stores makes it incredibly difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for, especially when the items are in multiple locations. I was also very disappointed they had ran out of one of the weekly ad items, so I'll have to make the 5 minute ride from my house to the Walpole MA Office Depot when I get home..... and I'm sure they will have some. My cashier was friendly and very helpful with finding me the items I was looking for. Overall average experience. Not highly suggested...... but I still like Office Depot better than Staples, which doesn't seem to have a present in this area. 3 stars. read more

I like all of the different services and supplies offered here. I will often come here when I need large amounts of copying or faxing done- the prices are very reasonable for that. While it's fun shopping the supplies here, if I can get a supply at WalMart, I usually opt for that. There can be a several dollar difference on basic office supplies between the two stores. But for specialty items- like school project boards and specialty office furniture and organization- there is nothing like this place read more
