Was in need of printer ink and batteries and I was happy to find out that this Office Max is now open.. I always lookup what I want online and goto this location to make the actual purchase. Sometimes the online price is less than the displayed price, but when checking out the staff have always honored the online price. read more

Needed to be able to print out an Etsy digital invitation and so I called the store, they gave me an email address and I emailed over the attachment and with an hour the lady has already responded to me twice and had the order ready. fantastic and so quick and not expensive at all! They seem to honor the coupons online. read more

OfficeMax is the type of store where I usually know what I want; so it is get in, get it, and get out. It's a great source for printer cartridges, specialty papers, and other office products. My only complaint is often the packages have way more items than I need. It is also one of the few places left that will take used print cartridges for recycling. They are picky on what they will take. read more

The last couple of times I have been here left me empty handed. I wonder if they are closing this store. The copy paper selection is poor and the shelves are half empty. Overall, the store is lacking inventory. I asked an employee what was going on and I was told to shop online. Normally when you need office supplies, you want it now. Guess I will have to find an alternative. read more

Very rude employees in the printing department. There were three employees in there. Only one was helping a customer. I waited in line and stood there for five minutes. Never once did the other two acknowledge my presence. They both looked at me but never once offered to help. I left and will take my business elsewhere. This happened at 12:10 pm on Wednesday August 8th. read more

My last 2 visits to this store have been nothing but horrible. I have yet to meet a nice or friendly employee in this store. Even the manager is a bitch to the employees and the customers (not sure what her name was because she basically ignored all customers in the store and acted like the employee was bothering her when she was asked to override something at the register). First of all, the prices advertised online on their website are NOT the prices in the store. You almost have to argue with them to match THEIR OWN prices. Second, the prices advertised IN THE STORE are not the prices that ring up on the cash register. BEWARE if you have to shop at this store. Nasty employees and some kind of price scam seems to be going on here. Always check the price you are being charged... I'm sure you'll find at least 1 item on your list you'll be overcharged for. read more

Chris Heneghan, Service Sales Manager and IT specialist, went above and beyond in consulting with me about issues with my two laptops not connecting to public wifi or my phone's hotspot. I'm impressed with the polite customer service and attention to my concerns. He's obviously smarter than me but is in no way condescending. Best of all, he troubleshot and fixed both of my laptops' connectivity issues. Good hire, OfficeMax! read more

Used the print center to print some new hire paperwork. Was very quick and efficient.. Store clean and well stocked.

I came here 3 times in my life to get something printed, and every time they said they could not do it even though they have all the equipment to do it. Also, some of the workers are rude and don't understand what you are asking. read more

I have never been to an office supply store that was so well organized and clean. Every row of shelves is perfect. I have been in many OfficeMax stores before, and I have NEVER seen one kept up to these standards. The customer service is great too. I am usually greeted at the door, and if not, within a few minutes. Whoever manages this store should be very proud, and should be promoted. The store associates should be proud as well. It is obvious they work very hard. I want to make it clear that I am not in any way affiliated with OfficeMax. I am a consultant working at the elmwood complex next door read more
