That is, until I brought my uniforms to Capland Embroidery. I was warned that I may see stitching on my tops from having embroidery removed and replaced. However, this was not the case at all. Looking at my scrub tops you could never tell the difference! Also Capland didn't have my logo for my hospital. No problem. I texted a picture to the owner and he promised he could do it, and boy did he deliver. I brought my scrubs on a Saturday, and was promised a finished date of Tuesday. To my delight my scrubs were ready Monday afternoon! A whole day ahead of schedule! I am so pleased with their work, I just had to tell the Yelp community about it. So y'all, if y'all need a seemingly impossible job done, take it to Capland. They make the impossible possible.

I once had a friend monogram a puffer vest for me, and it was a mess. I took the vest to ME. They were able to remove the botched monogram without damaging the fabric, and re-monogrammed the vest. It was perfect. They have lots of monogrammable (is that even a word?) items in the store to choose from if you're looking for a gift. Purses, towels, shirts, etc. Really cute stuff. And the turn times are pretty quick. If you need something done lickety-split, they can do it for an upcharge. Lots of thread colors, tons of fonts to choose from, designs out the wazoo, and a helpful staff.

I brought in my Brother SE700 embroidery machine specifically because they are an authorized Brother warranty service dealer. Unfortunately, when my machine was returned to me, a major part was missing. The business claims they do not have the part, and the technician claims he does not have it either. Despite this, nobody seems willing to take responsibility or accountability for what happened. I have repeatedly had to call myself just to get updates, and there has been very little communication or sense of urgency from their side. I even asked them to review their security cameras to verify that I arrived at the store with the missing part, but I have not received the accountability or customer service I expected. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. A business handling warranty repairs should have procedures in place to properly track customers' equipment and parts, and they should absolutely take responsibility when something goes missing while in their possession. I would strongly recommend taking your machine elsewhere.
