Tried to order a motorcycle battery. The website would not process my PayPal order. (First clue)…read more I contacted Amber via email and asked if a phone order was possible. She replied it was. I called and ordered battery number 12N7A-3A. I gave my credit card and email address to the CS Rep. I never received an email confirmation for the order. (Second clue) I received a battery marked IN-156L3. I filled the battery while in the box and put it on charge. When I went to install the battery, it was the wrong battery. It was battery number 12N7-3A. This is quite different physically than a 12N7A-3A. Turns out they don't even carry the 12N7A-3A. Due to the battery being filled, returns would involve shipping hazardous materials and the cost would be over 50 percent of the purchase price. There was a combination or errors here. Had the CS Rep confirmed that the requested 12N7A-3A was not sold by Interlight, I would not have ordered it. (Third clue). Now out 50 bucks....
