Tried to order a motorcycle battery. The website would not process my PayPal order. (First clue) I contacted Amber via email and asked if a phone order was possible. She replied it was. I called and ordered battery number 12N7A-3A. I gave my credit card and email address to the CS Rep. I never received an email confirmation for the order. (Second clue) I received a battery marked IN-156L3. I filled the battery while in the box and put it on charge. When I went to install the battery, it was the wrong battery. It was battery number 12N7-3A. This is quite different physically than a 12N7A-3A. Turns out they don't even carry the 12N7A-3A. Due to the battery being filled, returns would involve shipping hazardous materials and the cost would be over 50 percent of the purchase price. There was a combination or errors here. Once they finally shipped the replacement, the bulb they sent was completely different (incandescent vs halogen) than what I had originally ordered. After explaining it was an incorrect substitute, I asked for a refund. They told me I would have to pay for shipping, despite them shipping me a broken bulb, then the wrong replacement. Ordered a backup bulb, which was described as a "replacement" for a very specific model number, shown clearly on the purchase invoice. The bulb I received came in a generic, white box with no printing. The bulb itself has a P/N printed on it, but is a generic number without description. When I needed to use the backup bulb, I discovered that it was the wrong color, 3000K Cool White instead of 2700K Warm White, which again, is shown clearly on the purchase invoice. The ONLY way to tell the difference was to install the backup bulb to check it. I had placed two orders within 1 week of each other, and the second order had the problem. I replied to an email of an order confirmation about the problem, but apparently I replied to the 1st invoice email, containing the wrong order number. But after almost TWO MONTHS I had no reply. They COULD HAVE replied to the incorrect email, asking what the issue was, but didn't. AND my second order was not even in my Orders list on their website! So after finding the order# through the invoice email, I asked that they replace their mistaken shipment. The agent, after "checking with management" said basically that the bulb they sent IS a suitable replacement, and if I want a refund there is a restocking fee + shipping! I said that, no, it is not a suitable replacement, and is contradictory to the invoice, and that the shipping error is on their end. They then said that it's past their company 30-day return window. There is NO STATEMENT of that policy on their website or on the purchase invoice. So, as far as I can tell, they made it up. If you do end up ordering anything from them, even after all these BBB reviews, be sure to INSPECT AND CHECK every item immediately upon arrival. I ordered 2 bulbs, A15, 60 watt. I received 40 watt. Customer service told me the 60 watt bulbs were discontinued. I asked how to return the bulbs. I was told how, but i had to pay return shipping. When I questioned that I was directed to the return policy that stated pictures on their website might differ from the actual product. It also said I was subject to a 25% restock fee. I told customer service it was not the picture that differed, but the actual worded description clearly said 60 watt, not 40 watt bulbs. I told them they could have just sent an email saying that item was no longer available BEFORE they shipped something I did not order. There was no indication on the website that it was not made by my refrigerator's manufacturer, and no different part number. When the light came it was a completely different warmth than the others in my refrigerator, so the brightness of the light is very noticeably different. I called Interlight and they told me that they reserve the right to substitute a different light as long as it will fit, regardless of the warmth. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing my item. I searched their website for a battery for my Hitachi Camcoder Hi8 which cost $37.99 + 10.94 for shipping. The battery received was a generic brand and did not fit my camera. It was almost double the size and could not fir into my Camcoder. Interlight presents on their web sight a visual image and product description of a GE light bulb (41032). Buried in their 30+ page terms and conditions is that they are supplying a substitute with supposedly equivalent performance. What they shipped are bulbs that are dimmer than than GE bulb and a different color/temperature than the GE bulb. They charged $13.91 for the bulbs and $15.51 for shipping. When I asked to return the bulbs the told me I would have to pay the return shipping and they would review reimbursement for the returned bulbs and there is no reimbursement for shipping. I was looking for a light bulb that supported an earlier model of Verilux Happy Light. I could not find it on Verilux's website, and got a Google search saying Interlightus. com had it. I typed in the exact light bulb model. Interlightus showed the exact model. I bought it and paid the $15 on shipping. When I received the bulb, it was DAMAR and, while attempting to install it, it broke in my hand. Not only did they send me the incorrect bulb, they also provided misleading information on their website. I wrote their customer service explaining what happened, and requesting either a refund or an accurate replacement. The representative, named Brandy, had no empathy. She said I should have had realistic expectations, and that such a risk came with ordering generic, replacement products: "That unfortunately is the risk when purchasing aftermarket product. Since the bulb automatically broke upon you installing into your fixture, unfortunately there is no further action we are able to assist with. We are unable to issue a full refund. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Have a great day." Those were her exact words. Obviously, her poor customer service was worth a bad review on Yelp and on Google. And as the internet tracks you on things i got a ad the same bulb was $16.04 and free shipping on Ebay so i ordered it for a spare . I called the 1-800-743-0005 number after I tried to do a chat that is promised to be available 24-7 just to get the refund policy information. On May 20, 2022 I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop. The proceed to checkout said I would receive it in 4 to 5 business days. The next day I received an e mail saying something went wrong with my order. I called and said I got an e mail that something was wrong with my order. The customer service representative said they did not see anything wrong and gave me a tracking number for USPS. I plugged in the tracking number and USPS said they had no information on it but would as soon as the shipper released the item to USPS. On June 3, 2022 I plugged in the number again and got the same USPS message. I called Interlight again and they said that I would receive it soon. On June 6, I called again since I got the same USPS response. The representative (Daniel) said well wait 30 days if you do not receive it call back and we can refund your money. I asked for a refund or credit toward another type of bulb.
