They sold me something that was entirely inadquate. Something that maybe would be OK for a residence to light up a doorway but nowhere near bright enough to light up the parking lot. Not any were near bright enough by an order of 10 times. And they refuse to accept a return on the items which cost me $400. I will not shop again and will NEVER rely on the judgment of that place. Do NOT use for outdoor lighting or you will be disappointed.

(Second clue) I received a battery marked IN-156L3. I filled the battery while in the box and put it on charge. When I went to install the battery, it was the wrong battery. It was battery number 12N7-3A. This is quite different physically than a 12N7A-3A. Turns out they don't even carry the 12N7A-3A. Due to the battery being filled, returns would involve shipping hazardous materials and the cost would be over 50 percent of the purchase price. There was a combination or errors here. Had the CS Rep confirmed that the requested 12N7A-3A was not sold by Interlight, I would not have ordered it. (Third clue). Now out 50 bucks....

They came the next day within the time window given. Two rather polite men showed up, verified what we wanted, got to work. They were not only professional and conscientious as they worked, they threw in a few added items needed (new outlets and plates) at no extra cost. They tested their work, I happily paid, and they were off. We'll definitely hire them again as need be. Highly recommended!

Edgar determined which fixtures were defective and which ones were not and how best to proceed. I had 6 light fixtures replaced, 1 new light fixture added, 1 outlet installed, 3 outlets repaired or improved. Since we were new to this house, it was important to make sure the electrical work was done to code and repaired, as needed, and Edgar did an outstanding job! I expect that I will have more work to be done in the Spring and will not hesitate to call EIM. I have attached some before and after pics.
