The original build we did with this company included them adding cooling fans. Unfortunately the cooling fans were improperly installed. They were all connected directly to the power supply instead of the motherboard, so they run 100% of the time. Because of this improper build, one of the fans is already gone out.Even though my son willing to pay for the service, $295 is simply unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that my son was treated disrespectfully on the telephone. I can no longer recommend this location and will be looking for other computer services in the area. Really a shame.
