He was able to temporarily fix and said the attic needed to be retired. He was paid for his service that day and was asked to send me a quote for the attic. I got the estimate within a few days and paid it. After, I didn't hear from him for a while. I reached out in July 2025 to inquire when he was coming back out. He said he was waiting until the cooler months due to the attic being hotter. I agreed. It is now February 2026. I have called him 4 times in the last month, along with another family calling him. No one answers. He leave voicemails. No one calls back. They just refuse to answer at this point. Every time I call, I am able to leave a voicemail so he is checking them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone ever again! I am highly upset that he pretty much stole my money. ​​
