Service call was 65, and as a journeyman its 76/hr plus the apprentice is like 50 something, so figure about 130/hr with both of them there. If you have to call an electrician, these two guys are where it's at. Also, no credit cards accepted, cash or check only. I didn't know that before hand but Duane let me drop it off later that day to his shop in Crown Point.

NIPSCO said that I needed an electrician to reattach the wire as it was not their responsibility to do such work. Enter Chris and Kurt - what a team! They work very well together and assessed my problem and gave me two estimates. They suggested to me that I go with option one and gave me a 1 year guarantee that if that didn't hold, they'd come back and provide option 2 and give me credit for what I already paid. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the work they did and think their pricing was quite reasonable.
