I called 12 different companies, big names and small names. Other companies offered either high prices with low warranty OR low priced with low warranties. NSB offered Both, Low price and High warranty! Out of all the companies, I'm glad I chose NSB!!! The service was caring, nice and friendly. They came out to inspect fast. No hidden fees like the other companies. The price I paid was the price I was quoted by NSB. This company was HONEST from the beginning!! So many customers are quick to leave a negative comment but rarely do people leave positive reviews. THANKS NSB !!

Originally went to a different HVAC - after buying and installing a "new" thermostat, I was…read moreinformed I needed a new electric furnace. I am a senior citizen on a very fixed income. The electric furnace I had was 11 years old. I called N. S. B. for a second opinion. I should have called Marvin (N. S. B.) first! After testing gizmos and what-cha-ma-call'ems, he found a widget that did not switch off - or maybe it was stuck on? It cost a TOTAL of $180.00 to have Marvin replace the widget and get a new thermostat (the one that the other company sold me did not work). He came back on Saturday to ensure that the furnace worked without problems - he double checked the other gizmos to make sure nothing else was stuck in the wrong position and that the furnace was truly fixed. It was - and four days later - is still silently providing me with quiet efficiency. Marvin saved me from spending over $3400.00 needlessly with that other HVAC company. Great job, professionally done, reasonably priced. I will keep Marvin's number handy!
