Our furnace is not a model that is installed in most residential homes so I was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was and how fast he was able to diagnose. He was very friendly and explained things very well. He promptly put in an order for the part that needed to be replaced as this was something that wasn't kept in stock and he installed the next day.
