I was quoted $78 to ship a package to the UK, agreed to it, and later discovered I was charged $500 instead. This was never clearly explained, approved, or authorized by me. This feels extremely misleading and unprofessional. Customers should be able to trust the price they are given at the counter--especially for international shipping, where costs matter. A difference like this is not a "small mistake," it's unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to double-check everything in writing before shipping here. Transparency and honesty were completely lacking in my experience.
