I overheard Annie, who I presume is an owner in this company, complain and tell the retail workers she would beat them for not cleaning up the front end. I don't think she knew anyone was in the store, but oh boy, I was. Her behavior to the younger staff was appalling and I don't think I'll recommend this establishment to anyone I like. Maybe the people I don't like, but that would still be a mortal sin. Prices are okay I guess.

Salesman Daniel Baker was attentive and patient, allowing me to sit by myself for 15 minutes or so in each chair (I recommend this "try-out period" for anyone but especially the elderly). I was ready to buy a Flexsteel Zecliner Petite Model 2, only to learn it came in dove grey and no other color, the only Flexsteel petite that had this limitation. Ridiculous restriction on a $1,700 recliner! I wanted a custom color, so this was a dealbreaker. I had to settle for a Collage power model at La-Z-Boy that is not half as good. In fact, I'm now sewing a pillow to make a headrest as the La-Z-Boy did not offer a power headrest. Sheesh, what an industry! At least I got it on sale, bringing the $2,220 price down to $1,084.
