He helped me extensively on some complex problems related to Win 11, setting up a refurbished pc i bought which had some technical issues and a host of other important problems which came up. He was always very prompt, thorough and personable , and was not overly technical in explaining what we needed to do and why. His fees for what he did were very fair in every case. ! I wouldnt use anyone else for any computer problems i have and i have been fixing my own pc problems without help for 25 years so i dont call a PC technician unless i am really desperate!

Justin had it for one day and was able to get the sound back on, and fixed a few glitches. After confirming with me, we ended up wiping the hard drive and came up with a plan that honestly I couldn't believe the was so affordable! He purchased some software that he quoted me, but in the end I didn't need - so the cost was even less. Oh and I had it back in 5 days, probably would have been sooner, but life got in the way (on my part). I was so pleased we gave him a small tip and will definitely be referring him to everyone I know for computer repairs in the future!! Thanks again Justin

As well as attentive and makes sure you're finding what you're looking for. I've come in needing a variety of things like new keyboards, mouse, headphones, Mic, and had questions about components for a new PC build. I feel confident knowing that when I visit this location I'll be taken good care of. I've always recommended Micro Center to friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future.

As soon as you walk in they have computer cases on display. If you go deeper in, you'll see keyboards and get the feel of them. Obviously a perk of brick and mortar stores is being able to see and experience it first hand before purchasing. After some time I realized I have expensive taste. So after selecting my item I'm taken to the front to get checked out. It's a separate line from the regular checkout line. The cashier calls someone from the regular line (no big deal) except now what would've been a quick check out process became a long wait. After some time, the manager came over and checked us out. Thank goodness for this man. Service really depends on who you run into and this is speaking across the store not just the checkout situation

I love good customer service…read more Being asked NINE TIMES why I'm in the store, if I have questions, if I need any help, and TWICE by the AT&T guy to talk about my phone plan is not good service. STOP. MAKING YOUR EMPLOYEES. HARASS PEOPLE. I just want to browse. The odds of me buying anything go exponentially down with your people hovering aggressively everywhere. Because now I'm trying to look unapproachable instead of actually looking at products! I can't even tell you about prices or deals because I was SO CONSCIOUS of all the swarming employees. We were standing in a triangle, backs out, having an ACTIVE conversation, and someone interrupted. We said no thanks. THEY KEPT TALKING. then I was telling another family member that exact story -- once again in a circle -- and we were interrupted AGAIN! It was funny because of how ridiculous it was and how closely together the interruptions happened. We couldn't have been in the store more than 20 minutes. Had to leave because it was so frustrating I was afraid I was gonna start screaming, lol.

On Friday, November 14th, I ordered a TV online from Best Buy. When I arrived to pick it up, I…read morerealized the TV wouldn't fit in my truck, so the sales associate recommended scheduling a delivery. The earliest date available was Monday, the 17th. I also learned that Best Buy offers TV installation and mounting for an additional $179.99 -- which felt expensive, especially since I already have my own mount -- but I went ahead and paid for it. I was promised delivery and installation by Tuesday, November 18th, no later than 3 PM. After 3 PM, I received a call from a Geek Squad electrician informing me that he was out of the area, very behind schedule, and would not be able to complete the installation until later in the day or first thing the following morning. I had already taken off work and cancelled a scheduled appointment to be available for this install. Considering the money I paid and the time I lost, I am extremely disappointed. This was my first purchasing experience with Best Buy, and the service I paid for was not delivered. I attempted to call for support, but after being transferred multiple times, my call was dropped, and I never received a call back. No customer service, no resolution. Given that this service was costly and not fulfilled, I am requesting a discount on the delivery and installation fee or a full refund. I visited Staples this morning to have a technician examine my laptop, which I suspect may have a…read morevirus. I had previously purchased a McAfee protection package with support through the store, sold to me by a technician named Sunil back in May. Even then, I sensed something was off in our interaction, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming my own frustration with my laptop might have clouded my judgment. Today confirmed that my instincts were right--it wasn't me, it was Sunil. I waited over twenty minutes while he assisted another couple. When it was finally my turn, he spent barely two minutes with me before a woman interrupted, asking if someone could check her out. Sunil told her he would assist her, not after finishing with me, but immediately. He stopped helping me mid-conversation and began checking her out. I asked, "Are you serious?" and he replied, "Yes." He attempted to continue speaking with me while helping her, but I told him I'd wait until he was finished so my concerns could be properly addressed. Instead of returning to me, he then took the next customer in line--a man--without explanation. I asked again, "You're going to take him now and make me wait again?" and he said, "Yes." At that point, I was livid. I told him I would not continue waiting and that his behavior was unacceptable. What I experienced was blatant and overt discrimination. It was so egregious that the woman he prioritized over me apologized. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in any professional setting. I strongly believe Staples needs to reevaluate Sunil's conduct and consider appropriate disciplinary action.
