My hubby and I ended up purchasing a large amount of office furniture, most being reasonably priced with a few surprise sale items that weren't advertised until we got to the check out. Kinda odd, but I do love a sale! Also notable is the fact that there's a UPS store inside! Overall, in the future, I'd probably just order online and pick up at that location for better selection.

I put in for some last minute card prints that I really needed for my dads online business. When the time for prints to be ready said near end of day I panicked because I needed them within about 2 hours. I called up and got to speak with the Supervisor, Sierra, who was an absolute pleasure of a human!She was super kind, professional and easy to talk to. I explained to her my need for the prints and that I was worried I wouldn't be able to get them in time(which is my own fault). Sierra told me to give her until noon and she would have them done, but they usually take up to 3 days depending on what you need done. I was so so happy that she heard me and did what she could to go above and beyond to make it happen by noon, knowing full well she could have told me that it's the way it is. Seriously, I can't say more on how sweet she was and how wonderful my over all experience was with this store. Highly recommend!!

Infact she told me "you don't need assistance, just follow the prompts". Upon making my first copy I informed her that I wanted photo paper Not printer paper. By then I was so frustrated due to Vicky's lack of concern. I told her that she was so preoccupied with what ever she was doing that I'd just prefer not to complete my business there. I might add that other than our initial encounter, Vicky never stopped doing whatever she was doing to speak with me face to face. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Never been treated the way Lake Business treated me as a business owner in my life. My contract was…read moredue to expire in June of 2020, I sent the request to end the contract I guess 10 days later than the 90 day window, (read the minute fine print) after 3 months of their ( Wells Fargo not sending my return instructions back) I finally received the return instructions. I sent the machine back and continued to receive invoices. I called Lake Business and even though I signed the contract with them, I was told there was nothing they could do, I was told by Pete Gasparro (my account manager )and I use that term very loosely)that I needed to contact Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo passed me off to the leasing company (which also happens to be Wells Fargo.) In a nutshell I have been passed off from place to place, I returned a machine almost a year early only to find out I will still have to pay for it for another year, along with a maintenance contract on a machine I no longer possess. I called Mr. Gasparro to explain my case and he spoke over me to the point that I said some words I am not proud of, to which he hung up on me. I will never recommend Lake Business nor Wells Fargo to anyone, ever!

They never come when you call for service. What am I paying $100 a month for?…read moreThe technician told me to my face he would come the next day at 11am but may be a little late. He never showed up. I called at 4pm, and they said he would come if he could, but if not, then first thing the next day. He didn't come the next day either, so I called again. No apologies from anyone. Supposedly, he is coming today, but we shall see. Their website says they come within 4 hours of your call. That is a total lie.
