I was returning an Amazon product at Staples. they only had 2 counter people 1 for Amazon returns…read moreand 1 for everything else. I was in line for about 45 mins. the 2 ladies were perfect, considerate. They had every reason to be bitter it was crazy with all the people. Phones were ringing nonstop and people waiting. Downside not one Manager or Supervisor out there helping out. Companies wonder why the are constantly hiring. I was at the Staples in Mentor, Ohio around 12:30 it's now 1:20 on July 14, 2026. These women need to receive recognition for their kind and happy faces. People in there were very kind too but where was their help. Again no sight of a Manager or Supervisor to help move things along. My 5 stars are for the 2 ladies and their work ethics. 0 stars for the Management

T…read morehe workers here are nice, but they are being given the short end of the stick because the Staples corporate office does not supply them with what they need!!! So today once again, the line for Amazon was about 10 people deep because the iPhone that they used to scan the products is about 100 years old and the Internet that they have in the store is almost nonexistent so of course none of it works well and it takes forever for things to load up! We don't blame the workers for this - we blame Staples Corporate for not managing the store well. So sadly, they will probably lose the store - and have to fire all of the employees all because they did not pony up the money for decent Internet and for a decent iPhone so they could scan things! Something so simple... an iPhone, and better Internet does not cost that much for a company like Staples... they are going to ruin this location because a lot of us are going to start going somewhere else Staples Corporate office should be ashamed
