Today I purchased a postal scale, the price online was 75.59, the price in store was 159.99! I also got a coupon while looking online for 25% off any regular priced item. Sure enough, the scale rang up as 159.99. I showed them the online price and they immediately matched it. They thought the coupon might be for online orders only (it was not). Then they thought it might be for pick-up orders only (it was not). I offered to stand in front of them, purchase it online and wait the prescribed online "ready for pick-up" time of 20 minutes. Happily the register accepted the coupon without having to play the bought it online game. I give them stars for not hassling me too much and walked out having paid 56.69.

It would eliminate me from having to go to multiple stores. They do have one aisle that carries some cleaning supplies, etc., but I'd like to see that expanded slightly for those who are purchasing products for the office.

Not terribly impressed…read more I visited Office Depot to have programs printed for my wedding. They were the least expensive place in town, and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. However, when I dropped off my copy in the morning, I was told they had a bit of a rush so it would take maybe 30 minutes. I had an appointment in Minneapolis to get to, so I said I'd stop back on my way home that evening. She said she'd call if there were any issues, but she expected it would all go smoothly and assured me the programs would be ready on my return. When I returned, however, 5 hours later the programs hadn't even been started! The person working had no explanation other than "it was a mistake." I was beyond frustrated! He said he'd print them really quickly while I waited. When he handed the stack of programs to me, the programs were off-center, I was offered no apology or discount, and I had to request a bag or box so the programs wouldn't be damaged or fly away when I walked out of the store. Yeesh! A little customer service, please?

No after market or OEM parts were available for this printer. Using intuition, experience and going the extra mile they have my printing running like new again. Xerox was of absolutely no help to debug the problem initially, so I gave Metro a try to see if they could just look at it and identify the problem. They went beyond what I expected and so very grateful for the performance and courtesy of their team.
