I came here a couple of months ago and was quickly greeted when I entered. I picked up some prints that I had ordered online for an event I had. I also picked up a fold up table that I had seen online. They offered me a $10 coupon that I applied to my order. I also picked up a sign cover while I was there. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable during my visit. They have plenty of supplies in their store which I appreciated. The General Manager Angelica Ojeda was amazing, not only did she personally walk me over to where the HP ink cartridges where located which I needed to print out my flyers for my PRIVATE Jeet Kune Do (Bruce Lee's Method of Self Defense) classes which I conduct in my home in Keller, Texas. When I ask her if Office Depot offered Veteran Discounts, she told me no, however, she gave me a $10 Off discount coupon which brought the cost of the ink cartridge to a very reasonable price and made my day!!! I've used this Office Depot for about five years as a teacher, as it's the closest one to where I work and live. I've yet to have a pleasant experience here. The workers in the print department are extremely RUDE; like they're ticked off that you showed up, always huffing and nearly rolling their eyes. Here now, at least 4 employees working- I use "working " loosely. The store is almost empty with customers, the 3 that are here can't find help. I'm trying to buy computer monitors- give them money which is the goal of a business. I've been waiting 14 minutes for them to tell me if I can??? Not sure if I'm stock. And wanted to buy a desk, but was told I can't as there's no "man power" to search for it?! WTH?? One of the customers in line just walked out. I'm a realtor and every time I send my order to be printed I have the hardest time with this store and they are truly rude! Today I printed a class manual myself at home and took it to have binding added. I was rudely told before I could speak that it wouldn't be done until next day. I asked again seeing I had done a bulk of the work and had eyes rolled at me saying no we cannot do it today. So I went to staples and I will have my book back in one hour bound! I only go here for my discount but honestly I think I would rather pay more for better service at Staples! read more

I drive from Euless to the Watauga Office Depot about 25 minutes away every time to see Merrissa.I go out of my way because she goes above and beyond when she helps me every time.I am a little computer challenged and she always gets what I need done while I wait.She is a great multi tasker.She was waiting on 3 other customers when I was there taking care of all of us. She is a model employee and I wish the younger generation would take lessons from her. I went to buy a cash register and noticed there were only 3 employees visible. Good luck getting help as they were all busy and nobody on the floor. Took a tag and went to the front and surprise they didnt have one in stock. The tag had been left out by mistake as so the manager said. She offered to have one shipped to my door free but it would take a week or so. That's why you lose and Amazon wins cause prime had it to me before I even finished writing this review 2 days later.... This is the beginning of the end for Office Depot as Amazon has you beat on pricing, service and convenience. read more

I went in to purchase a computer ...a laptop, which was not in the store displayed . Walking in there was no one at the register, no cashiers, no one seemed to be working there. The store in Watugua, TX appeared empty. I located one staff member, I waved her down hon loudly trying to get her attention with an 'excuse me, can I get some help?" The employee was bothered as she frowned and said nothing back to me. I looked around the store some more . The place was filthy and roaches scattered underneath stations - which I found it very odd. The one employee I tracked down was so clueless he kept saying he's not good at any computer stuff. He said he is boss , "Dieter Mullen, " needs to hire more guys . To get to the point, the staff was so clueless , rude upon checkout and filthy that I decided best I bolt now than later bring back a cheap computer Office Depot in this articulated location is apparently known for. Manager needs to go. He displayed awful customer service when I asked him for help. Sighing and telling me he would have to look at everything to find what I wanted. Then he pawned me off on a part-time employee (thankfully) but not before telling him that he would have to search through everything to find what I wanted. Luckily the guy was intelligent and just looked up the item # I had. The other employees were friendly. They would smile and say hi when I passed. Just the manager seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. My advice? Don't shop here unless you have no other options. read more

We like to buy our office and home office supplies here so we decided to try this location out for making a poster. Our son had to present his poster at an honors event. The young woman who took our order said it would be no problem to print the size he requested (38"x46") and took my cell number down to contact me when the poster was ready. She never did. Nevertheless, my son and I went back to Home Depot later that evening to pick up the poster and checked it out. However, we didn't roll out the poster to its full length because of time. So we saw half of the poster and it looked great. At my son's event as he rolled out the poster to display, he noticed that the left border of his poster was incomplete and mangled. He was embarrassed but since he knows his topic very well he was able to speak extemporaneously on his topic. Perhaps we should've examined the entire poster before paying for it but we also expected professionalism via disclosure or, better yet, the copy staff to CORRECT their mistakes. The following day, Joe Grace, the manager, was professional and even refunded the poster cost and tax. Frankly, we weren't expecting that; we just wanted to point out to him what had happened so it wouldn't happen again to other customers. I'll continue to shop here but I won't use the copy services anymore. We also give mad props to Joe Grace, the manager. He's the reason (and our other pleasant shopping experiences notwithstanding the copy fiasco) for the four stars. read more

I use to always go to Staples for all my office supply needs. That includes having various things done in the print department, and only sometimes hitting up office depot. I have realized that the people at Office Depot are much more helpful. The Copy & Print department seems to have MUCH more competence as well. If you need something special printed.. check out office depot first. Their rewards system is pretty awesome too! read more

I was looking for the least expensive way to by an ink-roller for a Sharp XE-A101 cash register. On-line searches showed OD as having it for $3.49. That's a good price, even ebay is the same (and there's still shipping). So I head to the nearest OD and find the item and it's marked $4.29! Luckily OD matches their own price, so I'm a happy shopper. read more

Wally World and Dollar General were out of the Office Chairs Today. Office Depot had them selling outside on the sidewalk. What a deal! Great Service when other stores couldn't hang! Beth & Mike greeted me at the door with a warm-hearted welcome. Beth was extremely pleasant during checkout. She offered to find someone to carry the items purchased to the car. The staff that was there gave no concerns about the customers. There were atleast 6 people working and only two were behind the counter. My wife was asked what she needed and then the girl walked off and did something else. None of them were at all friendly and the line was moving so slow that people were leaving the store. This store and its workers are the exact reason Amazon will eventually run them out of business and why I will take all of my companies business elsewhere. The staff will have 1 person at the register even when there are multiple customers in line, while their other employees do nothing, pay more attention to their phones or seem annoyed that you are there to shop. Second obnoxious experience at this location. The last time I had a bad experience with their copy center. I went in about an hour before closing and just wanted one single copy made from an email. They said that they had already shut everything down. After I said that I wondered if corporate knew that they shut things down so quick so early comma they advised that they had misspoken and that their machine was just down. I felt they were less than honest but just decided to start doing all shopping at the local competitor store. Unfortunately my corporate office ordered a purchase for me to pick up here. I called ahead because I did not have the print out and asked if I could just show them on my phone. They said they could pull it up in their system. They said that my corporate office didn't have my name on it but they'd let me get it anyway this time but I needed to make sure she got it right next time. I pulled up the email on my phone to show them it was under my name so they could know that maybe their system was flawed in some way and fix it but the manager on duty was actually quite rude.
