Ordered it standing in the store and it stated my order will be shipped and delivered to the store in 3 weeks ha , I need it by tomorrow so salesperson said delete that order and start another one didn't offer to show me were I messed up. First time around it only printed up two BLANK pages. The guy at the counter asked if I needed help but I politely declined. I ended up calling my hubby who always prints stuff up for his work. You see, I occasionally suffer from DEBILITATING panic attacks and today I had a MAJOR one while I was in there!! It was BAD!!! I literally wanted to throw in the towel but I pushed through! Online order + Office Depot Rewards = YAY!!!…read more It's been quite awhile since I last visited Office Depot. I made my online order recently since well it's covid and flu season! Hand sanitizers are currently 100% back for their Office Deport Rewards/rebate. Oh so are certain AA or AAA batteries! I ordered one 32 oz hand sanitizer for $7.99 and I get back $7.99 in rewards. It's a win for me! The online order process was easy and fast, yes there's also an app. The order was also completed quickly, within an hour! I didn't pick up the order until several days later (along with my Kohl's order). Apparently, they only hold online orders for about 5 days. Pick up was super easy. You have 2 options, curbside pick up or in-store pick up. I did the in-store pick up and the items were in a RED station near the door. Yes, I walked pass the station and up to the counter, which was then redirected back to the red station. Once you find your order, just pick it up and go. In a way, it's safe for the customer and employee, but a bit risky on their end, leaving items out. TLDR; easy and fast order, basically free item, easy and fast pick up

After waiting around for a while for them to figure out how to even enter in my order and tell me how much they would be, I finally pre-paid for them and was told they would be ready in 48 hours. Then they called me Sunday evening, 72 hours later, and told me that they can't do double sided business cards and they would TRY to have my order done on Monday. Now here it is Tuesday, 5 days later, and I still don't have my business cards. They clearly don't mean 48 hour turnaround time on there work, they don't even know what products they sell or services they provide and they have no concern about addressing customers problems, even when they created the problem themselves. If your just buying copying paper or ink cartridges from them fine, but take your business needs to someone more professional. And the ink cartridges can be bought cheaper on Amazon if you can wait a day or two for delivery.
