Owner said that she normally asks, which she did not, and never bothered to reach out over 2 months to see if we wanted our picture centered. You'd think that's pretty common knowledge that you'd want something centered in a picture frame you're spending $400 on, but maybe that's just me. Said it would be a minimum of $140 to attempt to fix - even though this was her mistake - and could possibly need to purchase an entire new frame for upwards of $300. Now making our simple framing project cost over $800. Absolutely ridiculous for a mistake that was theirs. Despite the unwillingness to help find a solution, I still would have reluctantly spent the money to have this fixed. That was until she got incredibly rude and loud with my wife and kicked her out of the store. He spent an hour with me on three different pieces (large wedding photo, college diploma and a fine art photograph). He helped me explore different options and I think the results will be amazing. This shop is capable of framing anything- they specialize in framing things that one might not think of framing such as a wedding bouquet, huge shadow boxes with keepsakes, etc. There are great examples of what they can do hung on their walls, so it is easy to get an idea of what your piece might look like when they are done. They can also restore artwork and preserve flowers. Their pricing is appropriate for the work they do and totally worth it. I am so glad I found them!
