Zero if I could give it. I just tried to return a chair and the acting manager had an attitude. Not friendly at all. I left the store & he came to the store front to smoke a cigarette. How many cigarette breaks does it take him in a shift while everyone else is working? His store doesn't appear busy so he should work on better customer service. I know I won't be back here because of his attitude. He doesn't know if I'm having a bad day too but he doesn't have to make it worse. read more

I needed business cards for an important meeting my brother was attending from out of town and immediately went to Office Depot's website which had lots of templates to choose from. I had to get my order in by 2 pm for same day delivery and by chance I checked with my usual store in Sterling and found out their machine had jammed so I immediately inserted the Leesburg location and way before p.m. I received a text confirming cards were ready. Went to the store and the associate was good to have me check the cards. All in order and saved. Only note I would mention is that you can only do this online so if something doesn't quite fit and you need help, the store won't help so it's all online. read more

I've always found the service here pretty good. Folks try and help you find the right type of ink, etc. I went in recently to buy some ink and their stock was about wiped out. Could only get 1 cartridge, and not in the color I wanted. Apparently everyone working from home and attending school virtually has resulted in a run on ink. Makes sense, but it had not occurred to be. So the folks at the store gave me a good tip to order the ink on-line. Which I did! read more

The staff at Office Depot in Leesburg is exceptional. I've had my desktop computer service there three times over the past few years. On each occasion they provided expert service, at a very reasonable cost. They anticipated my needs, provided great recommendations and were very patient in answer all my questions. On my last visit - a week ago - I asked them to fix some annoying popups and malware. Kevin, who took care of it - had it up and running again the next day. He even updated my drivers and installed a blue tooth adapter - all at no charge! These guys are great!! read more

Gets the job done if you need some supplies fast. I needed pens, pads of paper, and a new iPhone charger and I got all three and at reasonable prices. The store itself is relatively small and probably not worth it for computers, printers, etc. Location is prime for Leesburg and there is plenty of parking. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. The manager, or at least person claiming to be manager, Mike, was extremely rude on the phone. I have 3 pages of paper that I need printed, and kindly asked that he make an attempt to print those pages by COB if possible (5 hours). He went on, in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, telling me how I was rude for even asking that my print job be pushed through ahead of others (I didn't, I just asked that he try and print the 3 pages before they closed), and that I wasn't entitled to special treatment. Let me be clear, I'm in the service industry, everyone always expects to be treated special, but there are limits as to what service team members are able to do and I NEVER ask fellow service employees for special treatment and always am extra conscious of the difficulty and pressure behind being the face of a service being provided. The 3 pages of paper I asked to be printed are on standard, no special headers, margins, or anything, and are on the standard 8.5x11 paper. It literally would consist of clicking "print." And even still, I didn't press, I just asked that he try and get it done before close for me because it was important documents I need for work. Again, he aggressively attacked my "sense of entitlement" and said, "I'm the manager and I'm not prioritizing you over others." I don't know why he kept insisting I ask to be given special treatment or prioritization, it was a simple request. Mike needs a lesson in customer service or at least some anger management treatment. This was hands down the most extreme case of aggressive treatment I've ever received from someone I'm paying for a service. I really hope someone looks into this. I never write Yelp reviews, but felt like this was absolutely necessary. P.S. Mike S. who "thinks this post is funny" is in fact the manager. Also, after I went into Office Depot with my service dog, he told me, "as I mentioned on the phone, we have a list of orders in front of you and it won't be ready until 12pm tomorrow." At which point I said, "that's fine, I'll just sit here and wait with my service dog until you find time to print it." Mike then walks to the counter in the center of the printing area, grabs a few pieces of paper, and puts them on the table without saying anything to me or looking at me. Guess what... it was the 3 pages he had just told me wouldn't be printed until tomorrow at noon! I went to leave, but had to ask.. "Mike, why would you tell me that it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, when you'd already printed them out?" His answer was, "I never said that." .. Untrained, unprofessional, unhelpful staff. No one had a clue what they were doing and the manager, Rachel, was equally clueless and unprofessional, even using inappropriate language. This is a completely dysfunctional retail team. Even though there are signs posted throughout the store stating that if a product is not available in-store it can be ordered and shipped to you for free, none of the staff knew how to do it. The staff member who was initially attempting to help me didn't even know that it was possible. read more

I ordered a chair on line 12/9, with promised delivery 12/10.When it didn't arrive,after waiting at home ALL day, I was told it definitely will be there 12/16, it was a Christmas Gift. Once again, I rearranged my schedule so I could be home for the delivery. BUT,nothing came! I called, they suggested, they could reorder the chair for me, and they were sure it would be delivered? Instead, after many excuses, I cancelled the order 12/16. And went to the mall and BOUGHT a chair as they suggested. They sent an email, confirming the refund was applied to my account. On 12/26 with no communication from the company, the cancelled merchandise arrived?? I called, spoke with 2 different employees, and Mary, a supervisor. APPARENTLY, someone had cancelled my agreed upon refund, and sent the cancelled order, 10 days later. Without consulting ME? I was then told I could drive the chair back to a store to receive credit. Mary said customer service would call, they haven't. Added stress, lack of performance, and NO COMMUNICATION. BEWARE! read more

Has Really gone down hill! Placed an online order and double checked the inventory for in store pickup. Received an email showing that most of the items weren't available... Called the store and was informed they couldn't "find" the items - How can you not find 13 8packs of bottled water?!? Email also stated they would only charge my card the amount of the items that were available and picked up, checked my account and found the full amount had been charged. Cancelled the rest of the order and called customer service to get a refund to which I was told it would take a few days and was then hung up on. Beyond Annoyed! read more
