Called Lee Cannon sales rep. for Tillmans Restaurant Equipment. He quickly came down to assess damage. Told me there was nothing he could do. Was the shipping Companies fault and to file a claim with them. Of course, my claim was denied with R and L Carriers and so I spent $1,600 on a piece of metal I cannot use. Have to buy another one and Tillmans Restaurant Equipment will not even take it back or give me any partial credit. I was not aware of any third party Responsibility in my purchase with Tillmans Restaurant Equipment. Was not made aware nor did I sign any document stating that they are not responsible for damaged items upon delivery. I was not aware of this loop hole. Is this is even a thing?? Who knew when you buy something and its damaged when it arrives you have to just accept it as a loss of money. I would have never agreed to that. Who in their right mind would. If you order something off WEBRESTAURANT.com and its damaged they don't make you chase down fed ex or UPS. They handle it. I am a local small biz and love to support small bizs as well, but your just better off buying your equipment from WEBRESTAURANT.com. Its worry and hassle free and they will exchange damaged and unusable items unlike Tillmans Restaurant Equipment.

I relayed to the gentleman that the keys were not sticking I just think there was some dust inside of it. He continued to push me towards purchasing a new keyboard which I didn't need. After expressing to him that I just needed a price quote for cleaning he got belligerent, rude and hung up the phone in my face. When I called back to ask for his name he said "I'm not going to help you" and hung up again. For a small business this is unacceptable customer service and I employ you to never use their business.

I left my old computer at the store after paying to bring the new one home . I complained about the price change to no avail. Interesting too that HE was always gone when I said I was coming. And they lost my cord to the old computer and they gave me someone else's cord/or an extra cord. But that is extreme poor customer service. Tag the computer, tag the cord. Poor business practices.
