After expressing to him that I just needed a price quote for cleaning he got belligerent, rude and hung up the phone in my face. When I called back to ask for his name he said "I'm not going to help you" and hung up again. For a small business this is unacceptable customer service and I employ you to never use their business.

If they could not replace it, I asked for a full refund seeing how it was only a week. The woman at the front desk and the tech blamed me for it not working, that I must've damaged it somehow. Could not get a resolution so I requested to talk to the manager. I was able to have the phone relooked at and fixed, however, when I went back to pick it up, they told me they could not replace the screen because the physical damage was my fault. I do not recommend this company as they do not stand behind their product and work.
