Handing it over to the second tech shop, I could hear screws moving around. Later found that pieces and software were missing. A horrible experience. They clearly didn't know what they were doing. I doubt the two positive reviews in 2019. Oh, and the front customer area was filthy--lots of dust and dog hair during my many visits to the store.

He originally quoted 120-140, when I finally got him to understand that I have an iPhone 6, he "searched his inventory" for the price and told me it would be 160-180. Why are all of their prices in a range? I even informed him apple does the repair for much less and he replied, "well you should go there." I guess they dont want business? I tried to inquire more but the guy just cut me off and ended the conversation. I dont think I would trust someone as an IT or computer repair specialist that doesnt even now the difference between iPhone models. Very, very unprofessional.

Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. Plus the dude there who worked on my PC was hella cool And on top of it all, they charged a very fair price for all the work they had done for me 5/5, would highly recommend, great business

It was on sale for $99, including rewards and tax, $77 out the door. Very helpful associate named Ozzy helped me, the gentleman at the front (Zac, I think?) loaded the mini fridge into my car. Entire process was under 20 minutes! Plenty of parking but the spots are pretty snug.

I found the section the phone was in, selected what I wanted, & proceeded to the cash register. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. The cashier was kind of friendly. She DID have a hard time ringing up the phone though & had to ask for assistance. The guy assisting her had a hard time too. They were scanning every barcode on the box. There was only 2!!!! How hard could it really be??! Anyway, they finally figured it out & I was on my way. I would definitely go back if I needed something from there. They were following social distancing guidelines. I purchased a laptop and mouse at this store yesterday and had the Geek Squad do the full install…read more The salesperson and Geek Squad member were awesome! The whole experience was ruined by me leaving the mouse at the store ( which is 15 mikes away from my home). The store phone is answered by folk from all over the world and they cannot connect you directly with the local store. You have to leave a message and hope that you are around to pick up the phone whenever they do call back. I suggest strongly considering this customer service nightmare before purchasing from any Best Buy.
