Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. Plus the dude there who worked on my PC was hella cool And on top of it all, they charged a very fair price for all the work they had done for me 5/5, would highly recommend, great business

Finally made contact that the part was in to schedule service. Then they refused to service the device because they failed to keep proper records and our receipt proof of purchase wasn't enough. Would never ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

I shared the research I'd done on a new TV I was looking to purchase and he really listened to what I was looking for and made my buying experience so easy, fast, and surprisingly painless. Matt did not try to take advantage of my lack of tech savvy, and instead listened to my needs and interests in the TV, and taught me more about the tech terminology I had been reading about online. Matt was very informative and helpful, sharing the benefits of the warranty and instill, assisting in getting me the best possible deal as well. Matt Joyner's personality was friendly and welcoming, personable, and authentic. I really appreciate his realness and not trying to "sales man" me into buying something more advanced than I needed.     I purchased a laptop and mouse at this store yesterday and had the Geek Squad do the full install…read more The salesperson and Geek Squad member were awesome! The whole experience was ruined by me leaving the mouse at the store ( which is 15 mikes away from my home). The store phone is answered by folk from all over the world and they cannot connect you directly with the local store. You have to leave a message and hope that you are around to pick up the phone whenever they do call back. I suggest strongly considering this customer service nightmare before purchasing from any Best Buy.
