I hired Carrie Cleaning from California to do a deep cleaning on a cottage I would be moving into in Goldsboro NC. I knew it needed to be cleaned because I saw it in the fall. The carpet needed spot cleaned before cleaning the whole carpet. Walls needed to be cleaned, bathroom scrubbed, cabinets needed clean inside and out. When I arrived in March my new home sparkled. She spent extra time cleaning the spots on the carpet. She even agreed to line my cabinets with shelf paper. All I needed to do was unpack and settle in. I know use her on a bi-weekly basis. I had contacted Carries Custom Cleaning 10 days ago for services to be completed today, 7/26. Now, it is an hour past when service was supposed to begin, no one has contacted me, and the phone is going straight to voicemail.
