This past Saturday, I arrived at this particular UPS store at 2:56 local and when I attempted to enter the store, this older bald gentleman promptly opened the door and told me that they weren't taking any more customers. The reason I wasn't in place prior to the "2:55PM" closing time was because I was at Seymour Johnson AFB clothing sales getting last minute supplies for my Air Force service dress uniform that I intended to wear at my twin brother's funeral that took place this past Monday. I'm retired Air Force as well and was completely appalled at this guy's total lack of professionalism. We came all the way from Sacramento, California for my brother's funeral and spent the rest of the weekend torqued about this guy's poor attitude.
