I saw Olivia Muenter speak about her new book Little One, and the seating and organization of the whole event was handled flawlessly. I thought it was very kind of the event to offer free tickets in addition to tickets that came with a copy of the book, as I had preordered from another store. I appreciated the consideration, and it made me want to stock up on other books from them. I didn't have any issues with parking at all- I got a spot in the large lot right out front. I was also able to choose from a variety of options for quick dinner stops before my event. All in all, a great addition to North Hills!

My family went into Suncoast to buy a gift while I was in another store, the item and several…read moreidentical items were marked $15.99. The cashier rang the item up for $16.99 and when my family tried to dispute the price, the short Hispanic man in dark red shirt told my family that he couldn't do anything about it and he charged them $16.99. He was informed other boxes on the shelf had the same price and he said he would change the price as soon as they left. I walked in over an hour later and found the boxes were still marked $15.99. When I asked the cashier why the boxes are labeled one price and we're getting charged another price he said sometimes the prices are just wrong and that he would check/change them later. It wasn't until I said I would be filling a complaint with the BBB that he offered a price adjustment. I asked for his name and instead he gave me sticky note with the info for his corporate HQ. We used to spend a lot of money in this store, but we won't be anymore.
