This used to be a nice store until the new store manager took over. Now, it's completely changed…read more The new manager is very rude, sexist, and pushy. I believe his name is Bradley. I've been going to this store regularly for a couple years and I've never once had a bad experience until he showed up. Now, the entire store is unorganized, messy, and generally unclean. I've asked about preorders for games and instantly tried to explain the entire game to me and why I should choose something else, something completely out of the genre to preorder. If I want to preorder Red Dead Redemption 2 on the PS4, I will. Do not suggest to me some children's game on the Switch. Do not make subtle sexist remarks about how I should play a game that is violent or something, I know exactly what the game is about. He constantly tries to push game warranties on me even after I've said no, he'll ask another 2-3 times each transaction even after I've said no. Numerous times he's asked if I want to round up my bill to the nearest $5 increment to put the rest of the money toward a preorder. There was even one time he did this without my authorization. It's gotten to the point where I will gladly drive an extra 20 minutes to go to the Spence Ave Gamestop in Goldsboro. There needs to be a lot of changes at this store before I go back. It's terrible.
