The cashier rang the item up for $16.99 and when my family tried to dispute the price, the short Hispanic man in dark red shirt told my family that he couldn't do anything about it and he charged them $16.99. He was informed other boxes on the shelf had the same price and he said he would change the price as soon as they left. I walked in over an hour later and found the boxes were still marked $15.99. When I asked the cashier why the boxes are labeled one price and we're getting charged another price he said sometimes the prices are just wrong and that he would check/change them later. It wasn't until I said I would be filling a complaint with the BBB that he offered a price adjustment. I asked for his name and instead he gave me sticky note with the info for his corporate HQ. We used to spend a lot of money in this store, but we won't be anymore.
