I met with the store manager of this OM in November because I was having so many issues getting certain prints from ANY Office Max. I dont remember his name but he went above and beyond to help me out. He even made a few suggestions that no other OM store has informed me about. This suggestion has saved me money and time. I've been using Office Depot for over 10 years to make a black and white, double sided print on card stock paper at 5"x8" size each. Needing 500 cards so, 250 sheets of card stock. Nothing fancy. The Office Depot I have been using for the past ten plus years has always created this order for between $200 and $400 depending on how many I needed. Went into to this Office Depot and they wanted to charge me $2,300 for this order claiming they had a price increase. I told the manager " this is not a price increase, this is price gouging on an insane level". The manager was absolutely no help and, he didn't seem to understand the insane price for a simple project. A 766% price increase. It's no wonder that store looks run down and about to go out of business. I suggest you avoid this Office Depot at ALL COSTS! read more

A friendly cashier greeted me upon entrance into the VERY BRIGHTLY LIT store. And he further asked if I needed assistance, how cool. As I journeyed down the aisle, another associate also asked me if I needed assistance, way cool huh??? He pointed me in the right direction, as at this point I was aimlessly walking about, maybe stunned by the bright lights or just nothing else to do, who knows, lol. AnyWHO, I checked out & the cashier/friendly greeter informed me of on going promotions & attempted to sell me a stylus & a phone charger, which I almost bought. Office Depot - Printing on the fly!!!! - Office Equipment Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

I am so disappointed with the service I DIDN'T receive from the Office Depot that I feel it necessary to post this review of my experience. This evening I arrived at the store at 7:45pm and the automatic door wouldn't open but I saw a shopper heading to the register. I thought the door may have been malfunctioning so I waited as the customer I saw walked out and saw me waiting. As he walked out he looked at me and said, "good luck." I thought that was odd but attempted to enter the store when a young woman with a nose ring and no name tag advised, "We are closed." I asked if there are new store hours because it was still well before 8pm which is the time the store hours is listed on the door. Again she said, "we are closed." I asked again, and asked why are you closed if you don't close until 8pm. She the said, "The registered are closed." Again I asked, why are the registered closed before closing time? The young lady then rolled her eyes and said, we are closed and the doors were locked and that was the last customer that just walked past. Again I said, I am still not understanding why the store is closed. At this time two other customers came to the door and she told them the store was closed. One said, "Butt it's not 8 yet." Again the young lady said, "We are closed." I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her name and she said it was "Zoe." I then asked for clarification if her name was Cloe or Zoe and she said, "it's whatever you want it to be, we are closed." At this point I was disgusted with how I was being treated so I left. The gentleman who walked past me when all began waited for me and approached me in his truck and said, "It's hard in there" and said he dealt with the same person yesterday when looking for a filing cabinet and was never helped. He the try to talk to her and she had the same attitude I dealt with and he left in frustration and tried again this evening. Such a disappointment. As a businessman, owner and CEO of a corporation, this person would have been immediately dismissed. I will be contacting day shift management and will also be writing a letter to corporate. This is unacceptable. I will not be shopping there again for my companies needs and I will be a VERY vocal voice as to how this particular store operates. Do better Office Depot. read more

This is my first time stopping at this location. My experience here was grand. I came to get a few supplies for home. What I got all that is on my list. Clean environment. A few of the items were damaged, package only. Camilla was very helpful. Really enjoyed her customer service. read more

Had to send a FAX (revision of the one I sent on Saturday at Office Max). Had to stand in line and fill out a bunch of forms, so that an "attendant" could do the work for me. The FAX I sent 2 days earlier for $1.45 at Office Max -- was $5.85 at Office Depot. If a FAX is triple, imagine how they screw you on a ream of paper or a hard drive? read more

This OD is generally well stocked. The location is a bit out of the way, but as a result it's not usually crowded. The staff is typically helpful--well, except for this one cashier who's worked there forever. She's often a little gruff. But I don't let that stop me from shopping here for office supply needs--I just make a point to be extra friendly in return. read more

I love adult coloring books and this has lead to a serious Sharpie habit. My markers fill a small suitcase. Needless to say, I am a regular. It is hard to find, hard to see, and tricky to get to. Perhaps that is why it tends to be quiet. I walk in, I look about with a vague expression and wander randomly, within 30 seconds I hear "I got her." And staff magically appears right next to me. Then it begins. The signs say "buy two get one free", but it is unclear which colors that applies to. The staff offers to give me the deal any colors I want. Next, I explain that I need one fine point marker in SKY BLUE. Not Nano blue or neon blue or electric blue or regular blue. Only sky blue will work. The staff fetches ladders and searches back stock until the marker is found. Yea! Meanwhile, I am milling through the discards. "You have argyle green? That is discontinued and unavailable. You said buy two and get one free on any color; right? Fetch me three packs." Somehow, one marker that dried out turns into two hours and $50 spent. On second thought, run from these people. They sell you stuff. read more

Horrible! Free Delivery = "we use a third party to make our deliveries. This third party is staffed by day laborers". What? you never got your delivery? Oh, that will have to be sent to out investigations team for resolution. In the meantime, they have your money and you don't get your stuff and the day labor who was suppose to make your delivery hasn't been around to talk to about it. No one to talk to that will own a problem....nothing but off shore customer service "script" readers. It is a tormenting experience with these people just to get a small ticket order. Wow, if I had just had joined Amazon Prime and not been cheap this would have never happened. DON'T DO IT! read more

Do not get your phone screen replaced here. I had the absolute worst service/ human to human experience of my entire life when I went to get my iPhone fixed here. They most of the way fixed the screen to the point where light still comes through the edges. In the process of trying to fix the phone they damaged my camera and I had to drive down to the location five times to get it get that fixed. Then, After all was supposed to be done, it turns out that now my battery doesn't work very well any more. My guess is they damaged something in the process of having to open my phone 10 plus times. They called me a liar and would not replace my battery. I tried to give them the opportunity to make things right but the "customer experience" manager and the assistant manager refused to own up to what happened and called me a liar several times. I ended up paying $100 for my phone to be worse off then I brought it in with, to get treated like less then a dollar bill, and a great lesson on how I want to treat people I come in contact with because I would never treat anyone they way I was treated. read more
