Hubby finally looked at me, asked me a question and I spoke to mgr. He dismissively answered my questions and comments, but made it clear I was out of line. We left. BTW, mgr was clearly from a culture that did not acknowledge a woman's place in the public square. Too bad we never got the info we needed to see if they could do our job.

He helped me and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with his help. They did my baseboards, carpet in my upstairs bdrms, tile in my bathrooms and new shower downstairs. They also did laminate throughout the house. It came out beautifully. I had custom tile floors edged with wood in my kitchen. The design was to be laid sideways and the installer decided it wouldnt look right and did it straight. I was available via phone during the install and the installer never asked me or said a word. Wood work was completed that day; however, when i got home i texted sammy and he quickly coordinated another time for the installers 2 come back and fix it. If I had questions or issurs.. Sammy was almost always responsive in a flash. The baseboard and carpet installers were wonderful. Angel was my shower and floor tile installer and he was magnificent. I gave 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 stars only because of the stain used on the custom floor in my kitchen. It was my design and I asked the installer if he could match the wood stain 2 the laminate thru the rest of my house. He said it couldn't be done as one was wood and one was laminate and encouraged me to just choose a color I liked. All the while during our conversation, he kept looking back and forth on his cell phone. I mentioned to Sammy and felt he sort of brushed it off... even when the baseboard fellow called 2 tell him it wasn't to my full liking. I had already paid the full service amount and since the whole house remodel took so long, I let it go and refinished the wood in my kitchen myself. I would recommend this company for ur flooring, baseboard or tiling needs.

The owner, Michael, was friendly and clearly trying to be helpful, but he seemed stretched very thin and was attempting to assist multiple customers at the same time. Having additional staff on the showroom floor would likely improve the customer experience and allow for more focused attention. The showroom itself felt somewhat disorganized and cluttered. For furniture that was being described as retailing for several thousand dollars, the presentation did not reflect the level of quality or luxury being advertised. Most of the furniture appeared to be average quality, and it was difficult to see the value being represented in the pricing discussions. Michael spent a significant amount of time explaining that he manufactures the furniture and cushions himself. From what I observed, only a handful of sets appeared to be custom-made, while much of the inventory seemed to be wholesale furniture with upgraded cushions. Beyond the showroom experience, I had concerns about lead times for special orders and whether communication throughout the process would be consistent. I was also unsure whether the final product would ultimately meet the quality expectations that were being promised. At the end of the day, patio furniture is a significant investment, and we decided to purchase from another retailer that had inventory available immediately and offered more certainty regarding product quality and availability. One additional concern was a strong odor of marijuana in the showroom and around the staff member assisting us. Whether it originated from the employee, another customer, or elsewhere, it created a less professional atmosphere than we expected when making a significant purchase. For a business selling higher-end products, presentation matters, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance can have a meaningful impact on customer confidence.
