They never showed up. I sat waiting on them for between an hour and a half to two hours. I originally had tried to call them and got a voicemail. When I called Progressive back, they tried to call this company and also couldn't get an answer. Finally, Progressive said they would get somebody else to tow my vehicle, which, as of the time of this writing, I'm still waiting on them to call back. Communication during this process was hostile and unprofessional, including threatening and profane messages while they controlled access to my car. If the vehicle had been released when the release order was first issued, I would have been able to retrieve it before severe weather moved in. Because of the delay, by the time a pickup was finally scheduled the lot had approximately two feet of snow, making it unsafe and impossible to remove the vehicle. The tow yard was also over two hours late for the scheduled pickup time and then became unresponsive, causing me to miss work. I additionally discovered that my keys were left inside the vehicle while it sat in the lot, raising concerns about care and security. Despite these issues, they attempted to charge additional fees for that day. This experience caused unnecessary stress, lost wages, and financial harm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company

Both arrived at the accident scene within 30 minutes of our insurance contacting them. She was at a loss for transportation to the rental car company, and the owner graciously provided her a ride to the airport in Columbus, Ohio to get her rental. He then provided her with additional information about where her car was going and covering the process of getting the car to the repair facility. He told her was very familiar with the body shop stating they do excellent work. Additionally, The owner was out on personal business and responded with his driver to help, I cannot say enough about him and his business as it also represents contributing to research and cures for cancer. Their motto is "Towing for a Cure". My wife has expressed much love and appreciation for him and employee to encounter such compassionate and professional people.
