When I informed our agent he referred us to an insurance estimator in Pataskala, Their price was 3600$. When I spoke to the Agent again, I wanted to get an additional estimate. He referred me to Pagani's in Downtown Newark. The Pagani brothers who own and manage the shop looked at the car, came out with a cleaner and removed EVERY SINGLE mark from the Headlight, frontend, hood and the protective clear cover on the nose. EVERYTHING!! It saved us our deductible and whatever increase in our insurance rate we surely would have incurred. Unfortunately parts for my coach are hard, if not impossible, to obtain now. Tim and his crew did a wonderful job at fabricating the needed parts and blending them into the existing surfaces. Terrible brand new car 200 miles and they didn't get to the windshield Thursday when I picked it…read moreup. Left glue way up on the dash under the windshield where I can't get to it. Broken razor piece in my drive door handle, cleaner all over my dash and windows that dried on. Visible glue on one window emblem slight imperfection on the rear window right in my view from the mirror by the brake light. Snotty looking glue dripping onto my ac knob. My left blinker would not stop running properly the whole day after I picked it up. And, they threw away my temp tag so I've been driving without it till. Now as I just realized it. Tried contacting 3 ways immediately after picking up but they closed early and finally respond to messenger. Says they'll take care of it tuesday when they are open. No call Tuesday. I called today no apology just excuses and uncaring attitude. No offer to get my windshield done soon no offer of a detail or discount for the mess they left me. Just I can do the windshield sometime go ahead and schedule it. Just blaming the other employees after he left for the dentist. Definitely wish I had gone elsewhere.
